I'm blind and something you may all not know
about me is that I am an audio describer! For anyone unaware, audio descriptions is a
secondary audio track that plays over the main audio track and the video, that consists of
a professional narrator describing everything that is happening on the screen for blind people.
So to give an example, here is a clip of me describing the Game Accessibility Conference
Awards 2023. Sargon slashes at the mantacore, Jander. Title: Prince of Persia, the Lost
Crown. A Ubisoft original. January 18th 2024. Audio descriptions have been a huge game
changer for me because after I was blinded, I was still able to watch all these movies and TV
shows with my friends and family without missing out on anything. There's honestly so many things
I would have missed out on if it weren't for audio descriptions, but definitely be sure to stay
tuned with future projects that I describe!
