side of the country vill of Warsaw Police Chief Peter Hoffmeister was the one who found Cook's body at her apartment on November 7th a full 5 days after they suspect Michael belir strangled her in the apartment the two shared Hoffmeister says this is a rarity for the small Wyoming County Community I've been in law enforcement 25 years um born and raised Warsaw we this doesn't happen in Warsaw Cook's daughter also shocked by the violence I was born in Warsaw and raised in Warsaw and this stuff do
esn't happen there so I can imagine the outrage and I'm sure a lot of other people in the community have questions police say Bel Air has been on the Run since early November and was last seen crossing the border into Mexico in Cook's car once we found out he's a Mexico we tried to get assistance from the Mexican authorities uh which without a warrant without the Interpol warrant they're not really going to work with us that well especially from a small agency like warsa but there is hope in loc
