Ron DeSantis Gets Completely Humiliated By Activist's Question At Press Conference

Ron DeSantis took a question from a reporter during a recent press conference, and it resulted in complete humiliation for the Florida governor. The reporter / activist asked DeSantis how he can square his ban on gender affirming care and overall assault on the transgender community when he wears heels because he identifies as a different height than what he actually is. It may seem silly, but it is actually a valid question. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what happened. So late last week, Ron DeSantis back in the state of Florida, fresh off his failed presidential campaign, comes back to Florida, holds a press conference where he is, once again a culture warrior. Okay? He's given up his presidential ambitions, so he's come back down here to make tons of people's lives a complete and total hell. But during this press conference, there was a reporter slash activist by the name of Corey Hill. Now, Mr. Hill stands up and asks a question, and this question was both hilarious and prudent, but it definitely put Ron DeSantis back on his heels. And yes, I do intend that to be a pun. So here is what happened during that exchange. Take a look, right? Ron? You can laugh it off, right? We can joke about it now. Oh, it's all in good fun, right, bud? Except of course for the fact where you are taking away people's rights down here in the state of Florida. And honestly, because of that, this question, which of course was intended to be partially humorous, but it's also a very valid question. Mr. Hill did a phenomenal job with this. You identify as a height that does not fit what your current body is. So what do you do? You make adjustments. You make adjustments to make yourself feel more comfortable, more confident with your own body. And you're telling other people throughout the state of Florida that they can't do it just because you don't like it. Now, you're not telling people they can't go out and have plastic surgery, right? Like you can have that nose job, you can have that liposuction if you want. You can have the butt implants, you can have the cheek stuff that, whatever that is, you can do anything to your body. Oh, except of course, these specific things that a lot of times also do fall under the category of cosmetic surgery. So you are selectively choosing a specific group of people to target them because you don't like them, because you don't understand it, because as per usual, you don't wanna look at the science that tells us that this is actually a very real thing. People do go through. Uh, you know, this, this body dysmorphia where they're not comfortable in their own body, where they do identify as a different gender, and they wish to become that gender. And guess what, Republicans, that doesn't affect you at all. Your life doesn't change because somebody else, maybe it's a neighbor, maybe it's somebody you don't even know, somebody you will never even see, wants to change their body, wants to feel more comfortable with themselves, who they really are, and it doesn't affect you, but you're legislating it out of existence because you personally don't agree With it. So it's good that DeSantis gets humiliated. These people that are taking all rights away deserve to be worse than humiliated. They should be publicly mocked every time they step outside. They should be ridiculed constantly. They should never have a moment where there's not somebody calling them out for their hypocrisy. So kudos to Mr. Hill for doing that during the press conference. Ron DeSantis can laugh it off. All he wants doesn't change the fact that everything that Mr. Hill said there was completely true.

@mideleyi940

I don't think Ron DeSantis has the ability to be humiliated. He's a bottomless pit.

@MC-342

Those of us who live in Florida have known for awhile about his idiotic hypocritical immaturity. 👍

@stephenlong111

Ole Ron was caught off guard and he could only laugh and say “next”! What a hypocrite 😡

@jonhinson5701

Ron kept shuffling papers while the question was asked. That tells you something.

@mikeoxbig7931

Imagine if the reporter had been caught reading a book during the conference. There’s no telling what Ronnie would’ve done to him.

@sjorlando7282

He blew his WH chance, he knows it. He also is term limited.. Sadly Ronnie killed his career so whats he got left?

@elmersglue6259

Behind the podium Ron was clicking his lift heels together 3 times and was saying " any place but here ".

@sjmullen6691

I'll bet you ten bucks DeSantis blames his failed presidential campaign on woke culture. Now he's back in Florida, with a vengeance. His war on woke resumes.

@vanessarayey1277

Any time anyone can call out Desantis, is phenomenal. I hope for Florida that he's still term limited.

@platinumdragonslayer6128

That is the look of a man who is defeated and beaten. And all he can do is sulk.

@georgesheffield1580

They need to do this to Greg Abbott ,except Greg doesn't take questions .

@Yeahok-pc2jd

U might think DeSadist has way bigger balls than brain to be able to get humiliated so badly on his hilarious campaign trail then appear in public afterwards, but it’s just greed and arrogance 🤷🏻‍♂️

@onemoredeadman

No, DeSatan doesn't wear lifts, like most lizards walk on their toes. Explains the lip licking too

@camwyn256

One has to first have humility to be humiliated. That's why Ron just laughed. He has no humility

@mikeoxbig7931

He was distracted by all the pro nouns that he intends to put behind bars.

@tyronejones8395

Rotten Ronnie is going to have to find a house to live in because he doesn’t own one. Maybe he’ll be living under a bridge like the rest of the trolls

@shelleyabbate9824

Why do Florida residents allow DiSatan to take people's rights away? I live in California & can't imagine our governor taking people's rights away. Our AG sued a school district for book bans or attempting book ban. I don't think we have a gerrymandering problem either. Which is illegal anyway. The federal govt is supposed to protect people's rights if the state governor is acting like a dictator. That's what we're taught in school.

@barbarawilliams4617

Such a small boy, make no mistake, because Ron D is no man.

@sacrebleu1371

Well said, Farron.

@TheDevilOfDallas

Let’s be honest, if Florida banned butt implants the entire economy would tank.
