Adventures With Purpose

2 months ago

Johnson was supposed to visit his son in Jamestown North Dakota but he never arrived there we are going to do something we've never done before in a case we're going to have to go two hours away and search there Ronald Lee Johnson vanished October 16th of 2011 his last known confirmed location right here where we're standing behind me at fourbears casino Ronald was driving a 1982 2 gold Cadillac Fleetwood license plate Hotel Zulu Zulu 466 neither him or the vehicle have been found since we are n
ow going to dive right into Ronald's last moments here at the casino on surveillance footage and break down every moment of [Music] it for families who have all but given up on finding their loved ones this team is a last hope [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] to a new phenomenon civilian divers cracking cold cases for free I'm about to walk you guys through the last moments captured of Mr Johnson on CCTV from the footage given to us by forbears Casino security here Dawnin
g suspenders Mr Johnson can be seen attempting to access the ATM the young woman in front of him is using the ATM right now will scrub through that let her finish using the ATM he's standing behind her you can see him here she's about to finish and Mr Johnson steps up to the ATM the time is 11:46 p.m. puts his card in once it's not working he takes a step back he looks around checks the screen out puts his card in again he looks around card's just not acting right I guess he throws his hands up
in confusion he's got somebody behind I'm not sure this gentleman here suggests he use this one back here so he goes this ATM back here where he's going to struggle using this ATM as well so he's going to spend the next coup couple of minutes not being able to access this ATM I'll scrub through it a little bit it's 11:47 p.m. doesn't get any money out of this machine he's really confused doesn't know what to do you can tell by his body language he's he's just almost given up here at 11:49 Mr Joh
nson can be seen approaching the teller's gate they discuss his card he's told there's nothing wrong with this card here at 12:32 he can be seen trying to use the ATM again this is his second time putting his card in the machine at this ATM this is now the Third ATM he's trying to use he's turning his card around without even looking at it sticking it back in really confused frustrated watch his body language very closely this is the third or fourth time he stuck the the car see he's putting his
arms up in a just what's going on here type motion he's flipping his card around without even looking at it which is um alarming cuz you your your your debit card is only going to work one way so he gets he does get a screen to access here at one point he goes through a series of menus which are unsuccessful after about a minute or so doing that it's now 12:34 he gets nowhere he's having to enter his card again and again and again he does get the menu to access again he doesn't get anywhere on
this menu he's going to switch his card into his other hand he's going to switch his drink into his right right hand put his card into his pocket with his left hand at this point he's completely given up he takes a sip he walks away the time he steps away from this ATM is 12:35 a.m. the next clip is him walking into the poker room where he was playing earlier that night now I want you to pay attention to this gentleman here I'm going to pause we have two chip leaders at this table this gentleman
right here and this gentleman right here as well these are the chip leaders these These are the players at the table that are pretty much controlling the flow of the game now when Mr Johnson comes back and sits down this was Mr Johnson's seat earlier in the evening I want you to pay close attention to this gentleman right here in his body language as soon as he notices Mr Johnson sitting down he whispers to his buddy behind him uh something along the lines of you know oh he's back after he took
his money or who knows what it was but whatever it was Sparks a reaction out of one of the chip leaders here Mr Johnson walks up to the table and watch this gentleman here soon as he notices Mr Johnson watch his reaction huh see look he whispering to his buddy in the red hat something slick General it's not alarming but we're focusing on his last moment this is what I'm observing so this is pretty much over the dealer's going to show the two high cards that won the hand those are those are the
cards that helped the individual win the hand New Deal now the dealer even knows that Mr Johnson was broke you know he he lost didn't have any more chips so the dealer is going to deal cards he's going to deal a card what he thinks is accidentally to Mr Johnson and he's going to go and take it and give it to the next guy but Mr Johnson's going to say hey I still have a couple more chips see look there he goes he's going to take it and give it to the next guy but Mr Johnson says hey I have a coup
le chips they're right here he grabs his couple chips so what that means is there's going to be a very very small split pot he's basically playing with a prayer at this point but he's entitled he's going to acknowledge that Mr Johnson is all in he threw his chips in he's sipping his drink he's going to advise here that Mr Johnson is all in he's going to point over there he's going to do it again so he just acknowledg to the table hey that's a split pot he's all in everybody's got their two cards
the Flop is coming here comes the Flop you can see Mr Johnson lean back it's not a good card for Mr Johnson his body language is starting to change we'll have the River card coming out here soon the last card of the hand there's the River card you can see him lean over he's starting to move his head a little bit he's shuffling his cards more than he was he knows he doesn't have a great hand at this point he's lost you're going to see him toss his cards in pretty aggressively he's going to get u
p and he's going to leave the room at 12:40 and 23 seconds Mr Johnson leaves the poker room out of the Northwest entrance next clip is the hallway confirming him leaving the northwest entrance of the poker room here at 12:40 and 25 seconds you can see him walking out you can see the the guy's buddy over here in the red hat was whispering to walks out the door at 12:40 and 33 seconds next clip is outside of the building 12:40 and 47 seconds Mr Johnson is leaving the building walking to the parkin
g lot next clip is Mr Johnson's Cadillac Fleetwood exiting the parking lot at 42 minutes past midnight he's going to make a right and these are some of the last moment moment he has ever seen ever again here at 12:43 you can see Mr Johnson's tail lights fade off into the distance and that is the last Mr Johnson was ever seen or heard from ever [Music] again [Music] earlier we referenced video surveillance footage picking up Ronald driving past here on Main Street but those images were blurry it
wasn't 100% so we had to rule out what we ruled out earlier however ruling that out lends credibility to the footage that was captured right here now when he leaves the casino based upon the timing of the vehicle when the vehicle drove past this Bank aligned perfectly but now that we've ruled that stuff out the video surveillance here now has a lot more credibility as you can see there's a camera located on the wall here behind us at the corner of this bank we presume this is the camera that got
the footage of the car driving by that night that's why next we're going to head east along Main Street and take our search this way Johnson was supposed to visit his son in Jamestown North Dakota on October 15th 2011 but he never arrived there he was sighted in the fourbears casino and Lodge in New Town North Dakota in the early morning hours of October 16th he was supposed to see his sister in Valley City North Dakota later that day then go to an appointment for a stress test at the Veterans
Affairs Hospital in Fargo North Dakota on October 17th after that he planned to go to Needles California to spend the winter he never saw his sister missed the hospital appointment and has never been heard from again yes nice to meet nice to meet you bring us into your dad bring us into who he was um as a young man from what you know and and just let draw us a picture of who he was at a person oh was a young man he got out of high school and he went right into the the Air Force and he served fou
r years with the military and married my mother and and uh then we were born and we uh we settled back in North Dakota cuz they were North Dakota people born and raised and he went to work in Minot uh as a traveling salesman and he worked for gamble Robinson company that's a food distribution for restaurants and stuff and he did that for years and then um then he ended up going to different places you know with that you know promotions and things and um and he ended up when he went to retired yo
u he wanted to come to Riverdale we grew up on the lake um this is where we came for every vacation um you know spent our our summers fishing and swimming and and all that fun stuff so um it it's very familiar to him and he loved the lake so it was it made sense for him to want to retire and settle where we live which which is in in Riverdale yeah um then you know he got kind of bored in retirement and he purchased a a restaurant in in the Town store you know in P City uh we ran that for a while
and then he decided no I want to be fully retired and and then he would travel uh South for the winters he'd go to Arizona needles Needles California need last yeah and then he would come back and enjoy the summer and and then he would go to the casino to you know just just pass the time he like to play play poker and and know just just hang out so and the uh time that he disappeared leading up like was there anything going on is there anything particular like relating to his mental or physical
health that might help us those are good to identify so that we can accurately determine the Lost person behavior in Ronald's case what was happening in Ronald's life at the time of his disappearance suspect he was had some health issues um he was had a a VA appointment uh in Fargo on Monday morning and he was looking forward to that appointment um he had not been feeling well he had type 2 diabetes um and that he found out about how many years prior I think it was two years prior to yeah so he
had some heart issues ended up with like triple bypass um and I think from that he they found out too that he had that type two diabetes um he did not always follow his diet well and you know take the medication that he should you know he just liked to do what he liked to do you know um he also suffered with an occasional migraine and when he get them they were debilitating um the year prior to him going missing or the or two years prior was two years um when he was going down to Arizona he he
told us this of course after the fact that um I think he he he didn't sleep well for one thing um and he would just take drive as much as he could all in one shot he ended up with a migraine and how many miles from I think it was only like 5 miles from the campground area yeah he took a wrong turn he drove Vision he drove out into the middle of the desert trying to get turned around and got stuck in the desert spend the night in the car at that point we told him he maybe shouldn't be going to Ar
izona anymore we were really looking forward to his appointment to find some answers about more specifics on Monday but of course we all know he never made that you know Ronald was here Friday night before he went missing he left you know like 12:40 is what the security footage shows right about 12:40 as he got to his car they show his car leaving the parking lot this was Saturday Saturday morning well no Saturday afternoon is when when he came here okay so he came that was the 15th so it was ye
ah Saturday night Sunday morning whatever so he was here Saturday um evening and it was midnight Sunday morning then so his VA appointment would have been Monday Monday morning okay so the appointment would have been the 17th he was seen here leaving at right around 12 yeah yeah it shows his car leaving the parking lot um I've heard of a camera in town that may have picked up his vehicle but there's no like I accurate from what I understand it's just a blurry vision size they figure because of t
he size of the vehicle and the time frame frame and the time frame it could have been his car so based on comparing when he left the parking lot here and then when the car was picked up in town on that camera they figured it could be him based on you know the size of the vehicle that was seen but it's you can't really there's not 100% right right right but but it's it's it would be safe to assume that in that scenario that so if if he left here to go home he would have to go that way yes uh that
would be the the easiest way to get home that way you know and then go down south to to Riverdale right now we're starting our search here because we know he was last year um we know that Carr left the parking lot but did he come back for some reason um I know after reviewing the security footage I know he was a little frustrated in the casino and um you know we just we have to assume everything you know was he frustrated did he get tunnel vision did he did he for one reason or another end up h
ere underwater so that's why we're starting here you know we don't want to leave here and wonder oh well what about there you know so we want to cross our te's and do all of our eyes so we can be as efficient as possible being as though we can prove he was year last now outside of that it's also safe to assume he did make it home because I mean what what was found at his home when when you when his home was you know searched there was a box on his bed mhm um with all his medications and so like
he was just th you know throwing everything in getting ready to go cuz he was getting ready to go south you know shortly there after his appointment um there was two Walmart bag of groceries like cereal oatmeal things like that like he came out of the door of the garage and he set them straight down and walked away so they're still sitting there like a you could stand between them and just reached down and picked them up so we thought that was bizarre so we think that he left suddenly or you kno
w like there was confusion or something going on yeah like he would have he was going out to put it in the car he put it down thought oh I better get something or do something went back in and then just walked back out to the car so that's why we were you know think okay what exactly was his his State of Mind at the time you know was it that real early in the morning did he come back from the casino decided to pack up hadn't slept much and was just forgetting things and just got in the car and t
ook off then from Riverdale so yeah I mean I I I I think that that's a really accurate Theory we're going to start here we're going to work our way back to Riverdale I know there's some access areas there in town and then we'll we we'll start out you know that way rolling out areas of accident in October I saw the footage of him leaving the parking lot and it's hard to tell cuz it's night time do the roads get icy in October was it it would have been good weather good weather yeah no snow yet or
anything like that and what about the roads have the roads changed here at all uh the 23 has they they've built them up so that also you know they built them up and then you got more dirt gr out and so if he was under any of those would it have gotten buried I don't know um no that that's unlikely though cuz it was the construction was going on as during that time period cuz it was during the boom you know so there was a lot was going on when you refer to the Boom in this area that's the the oi
l fields right yeah and that was the one thing that we were thinking thinking about was that you know there was a lot of unsavory characters that were in the area at the time and so you know it was we were thinking medical issues and then we were thinking that maybe he stopped to help somebody and uh things didn't go well cuz he liked to talk to people he would visit with people all the time so and so we were thinking that was a good possibility as well and and what about cell phone data was it
was there was anything retrieved from the cell phone company um nothing useful no his phone was dead and it wasn't picking up any ping it's one of the first things we checked so yeah he wasn't great at keeping it charged okay he was still a pretty new cell phone user at the time and it was just a flip phone you know yeah yeah what about financial activity was there was the the financial activity normal leading up to his disappearance and was there any afterwards nothing afterwards oh there's bee
n nothing right no y no access nothing whatsoever nobody's tried to get a hold of get anything out of banks or anything and based on the footage of him going to the ATM makes me think that maybe he didn't have that much p on him right right yeah yeah cuz why would he unless he was confused right and you know his behavior at the ATM I would say is not alarming but seeing him Shuffle his card around a lot leads me to believe that he's really in a confused State because that the turning and the fli
pping of the card so much didn't really uh seem right you know and then he really wasn't paying attention to the card when he's flipping it you know so it's just that little thing so that leads more down the line of you know accident scenario you know tunnel vision you know di type 2 diabetes plays into it as well did Ronald have have a firearm yes he did he did have one G and we did not find it and he didn't find a firearm we did not we found the case that he kept it in in the house but it was
empty so we assumed that it was with him so it's Firearms was he the type that normally just carry his his pistol he would when he would travel on across States and stuff and because he was getting ready to go he could have had it in his well we're going to get on the water you guys are you guys are more than welcome to stay uh as much as you want your involvement as little or as much is completely up to you guys hello hi nice to meet you nice to meet you glad you're here Nick thank you thank yo
u y really glad you're here Nick we're going to do everything we can too and uh we know we specialize we have a very unique skill set so yeah we've been watching your videos so awesome somewhat aware and we're we're not weirdo strangers no you're not weirdo strangers okay all right I mean in the camera footage I feel like he's just openly depressed yeah he's he's he's openly what we're dealing with he's openly depressed he's got some pretty heavy medical issues he's trying to seek attention for
you know his sister said that he went to her for medication because he was dealing with some really rough pain and he knew she had had uh a back surgery several months prior hoping maybe she had medication left but she didn't uh she had some uh light medication but nothing that was really going to help him I don't know it's very disturbing circumstances very very suspicious but we're at the Cino not only were we at the casino in our investigation and looking at satellite imaging right off the bo
at ramp we have a target a gold Target that could possibly be his car we don't there's a Target you can see on C on satellite imaging there's an image what is that it does look too big to be a vehicle but it it it could be the you know the Distortion of water refraction so forth making it look bigger than it should I don't know but we're going to go check that image out it does look [Music] gold [Music] at the moment we're at 6 ft uh the bottom is really easy to read there's not a lot of growth
in anomalies so um what anomalies we do detect they're going to be they're going to stick out like a sore thumb really easy to identify 7 ft right off the boat ramp so it's 6 feet right here I'mma square up with the boat ramp and then go straight out all right we're starting to drop down a little bit I'm just amazed at how many fish are in here we're casting 75 ft in either direction it's only 12 ft 13 ft really clean bottom there's nothing out here that I'm reading down to 30 ft we're going to
go over that anomally that we saw on a satellite imaging we did look it up the satellite image uh popped in in about uh 2016 now they didn't update the imagery every year so are we dealing with the fact that it was just deeper at the time this is why I didn't come up in 2013 uh we don't know Ronald was very familiar with Lake sakuya so we're looking at a lot of different locations here in Lake sakaa but with the information we have we we knew he we know he was here at the Cino that's the last ph
ysical evidence per se of where he was now it's also safe to say that he made it back home and start a pack he even went to Walmart so some would say his last physical location could have been home you really think that he came to the casino and drove all the way back home just to start packing is is that how the family put it that he went to the store and then just dropped it first or after the casino it it could have been before could have been after cuz cuz this is how I see it I see it he we
nt to the store got all his things he said you know what whatever with these groceries put them down he's like I'm going to the casino had his mind made up he's like this is this is where I'm happy I love doing this he enjoyed poker he loved Blackjack so it makes sense that he's going to spend his last dimes and pennies on doing something that he likes and then after that I feel like a man with that type of car too that's like one of his cherish possessions especially if that's all you have left
if I was him I'd be gone down with it no one's going to take that car away from me but that's just my opinion all of those could be possible Carson which is why we're not going to rule anything out but because of those variables we are going to do something we've never done before in a case which is we're going to have to search up here and we're going to have to go 2 hours away and search there Doug's doing one last scan over where he saw that anomaly on the Google Earth just to double check t
o make sure there's nothing there and then I think when he's done with that he'll be heading back this way that uh that anomaly that we saw on satellite doesn't exist so it's definitely a boat that was blurred out gotcha it's 40 ft deep right there so no matter what is on the bottom you're never going to see it satellite so it's just a boat that was blurred out okay which makes sense you know if it would have been really Shadow shallow out there I would have said maybe it's been removed already
maybe it was a boat that was there but but 40 ft deep no matter what's there you're not seeing right so it it was worth a try we had to check here we had to start here um I had some questions for Sue to ask it'll pretty much point us in the right direction right now we're going off of we've cleared this we go over to the the marina just to clear that as well it's unlikely but we'll clear right so what we need to know from Sue is when were the purchases at Walmart made were they made prior to com
ing to the casino or were they made when he got back home the next day right because if he made them the day if he made them before he came to the casino it's safe to say that our main search starts from here and on a 2hour route home looking for nothing but an accident correct but if we think he made it home and the W Walmart purchases were made the day after he was here then our search is going to start at his home correct and around there makes sense yeah [Applause] [Music] yeah uh we're at 1
0 ft 12 ft this stuff is easy to scan that we've been scanning now if we you'll get in waterways where you'll have a sheer drop off now if you're out here and there's a drop off you're scanning into something you're not going to see it because it's you're not going to cast The Shadow it's GNA blend in with the drop off so you got to be if you detect a drop off you got to be closer to shore scanning out got y yep and that took that took us a long time to figure that out we uh we you're up against
a drop off like that you want to be closer to it scanning out instead of outside yeah it's like a flashlight if there's a car there and there's a wall I'm not going to see it because of the Shadow is not going to come up you know there's no Shadow now if a car is flat and you shine it there's going to be a shadow on the back side of it okay that makes sense yeah I believe there's a dam so they uh there's a few dams on the Missouri I'm not sure if uh if it affects the level right here we're on r
eservation land so they're kind of they're really protective over their Waters very clean gets down to about 12 ft out there but just nothing nothing whatsoever we even check the entire Cove in the back so what we're going to do now is transition into working his route through town out and down to Riverdale we're going to look at all the possible accident locations off the side of the road everything at this moment is pointing to nothing but an [Music] accident all right so we've made our way ou
t of New Town East down 23 we're making our way to 83 where're they're going to take it South to Riverdale where Ronald lived now we're starting to get into a bunch of prairie holes that are prime accident locations just like this one we're pulling up on right now out possible accident scenario the distance cuz he's in a Cadillac I mean even if he's going 80 M an hour down this road the vehicle is not going to make it far enough into this little body of water before it's tumbling it's going to i
t's just immediately grip the Rocks the bank these rocks probably weren't even here at the time so it's going to be a complete drop off and it's really shallow it's not a logical location not close enough to the road but we got to check the other side of the road same thing here like it's just way too far Offroad get over 300 ft super shallow you can tell by the buildup like it's only 2 3 ft deep out there we got a lot of these to check this isn't this this isn't going to be it all right so so f
ar in the last hour we've been able to this is 23rd and 24th Pond we've been able to rule out um and Sue and her husband were concerned that the construction of this road um and the reinforcing of them with all the boulders and stuff could possibly have buried him but nothing that I have seen so far within the past hour would be possible to have buried him because the water that is there is extremely shallow and if a car was in there it would stick out like a sore thumb nothing's deep enough clo
se enough to the road that would have buried him if they would have done construction over it's the 45th body of water it's it's going to be flat like this easy to get in and or a steep grade with not a lot of um encumbered objects that that are going to make it encumbered and water this close to the road but 6 to 8 ft deep at least right off the edge of the road which so far we haven't seen nothing like that they're all pretty similar pretty much exactly the same with like a levy on one side an
d it's just shallow so we cleared 48 of these already and we're starting to get into the heart of these Prairie holes and just to give you an idea of what the area looks like it's just full of them you know and they're all about the same depth so far they've been really shallow we can see them you know the majority of these don't even come into play it's just the we're looking for some that are really really close to the edge like these out here none of these are going to come into play but you
get right here like that one like that one's touching the road this one there's a part of it that's touching the road but are they deep enough so far none of these have been deep enough and you can just tell by the characteristics of the way they are it's just not [Music] possible we'll start in the middle first I'm 90% sure this is shallow it matches up the same color as the shallow end over there but just to be thorough we're going to throw our sonar ball in it's going to confirm the depth the
sonar ball is accurate so we've used the sonar ball with our so you guys might be like oh you guys are relying on this little ball the the little ball is pretty amazing that we've taken our sewn our ball and then compared it to our sonar readings on Garmin and they are spoton so we've tested it to prove that it's accurate and reliable for situations like this where we can put it in and determine just the depth now we're not using that sonar ball to scan a Waterway for a car we're just simply us
ing it to to confirm depth in areas like this where there's just lots of little water holes that can save us a lot of time with having to put a boat in and out all right it's about 1.6 M there yeah not even 6 ft yeah 1.6 m is three four five yeah it's not enough it's it's not honestly knowing that these dry up we're realistically looking for something really deep too shallow too far off the road again are you frustrated no not frustrated we got so much more to go we are on Ronald's path possibly
of his last moment and all of these Prairie holes that we're passing you know one after the other we're coming up empty however we have so much more to check and that means there's hope and as long as there's hope we're going to continue to fight this is a fight this is this is a battle this is literally a war we are trying to do something no one else has been able to do and that's fine Ronald and find his vehicle so his families can have answers this isn't going to be easy anytime you're tryin
g to do something that hasn't been done before and that nobody else has been able to do it's never going to be easy 8 ft yeah that's yeah that's great that's beautiful that's what we've been looking for all day take this back up careful watch out for [Music] rattlesnakes 10.2 ft right here and what are you reading on that sonar ball okay it's 10 10.4 right here yeah so the sonar barall is extremely accurate like I was saying still it's still gauged correctly [Music] 4 ft right here 5 [Music] [Ap
plause] ft yeah well I mean it's it's 10 it's deep right here along this Edge like you can tell where they dug it out or reinforce they probably dug it out to reinforce this and then lay Rock but the rest of it is pretty [Applause] shallow so we're turning off at 23 East heading down 83 South to Riverdale where Ronald presided at 222 Fourth Street in [Music] Riverdale so we have cleared his path from the casino to here in Riverdale where we're at right now this is the main boat ramp that has bee
n in town since he vanished so if this boat ramp came into play which we're talking about this boat ramp is less than a mile from his home that's correct and this is the main boat ramp in town so this is our last and arguably most logical to sech for [Music] Ronald [Music] you can see how the entire Cliff has just eroded all the way out so what we have right here in this area is a mass erosion of land and this Hillside right here is really tall so there's a lot of force that's continuing to push
the erosion and not just that what I'm seeing underwater right out there is like 30 ft but you can see the different stages of the erosion going down into it completely crossing over this I mean I mean is it is it possible that if Ronald is in here that he's buried obviously yeah it's possible all right guys we're going to do something a little different that we've never done before we've had a really long day today and we are going to cap it all off with final thoughts from the whole team we w
ere all out here working rigorously for the entire day you know we cleared over 70 bodies of water today in search of Ronald so what are your final thoughts as a team like what do you guys think I just really believe that we could solve this one to be honest and I'm not going to say that I'm frustrated but I know if we come back give it another effort you know perhaps that we can we can really find Ronald yeah yeah I I I don't feel like this is a a dead end or we're on a wild goose chase at all
or there there's nothing left to do I I genuinely feel like this is a solvable case yeah based on what we've done and the fact that it's probably going to attract more information and or possibly somebody coming forward and we feel like it's still workable that that's a huge huge positive outake from where we started this morning you know sometimes we don't it doesn't happen on the first Tire sometimes it happens on the second time third time you know and you know sometimes it takes us putting i
t out to the public and they say Hey you missed a you missed B you missed C or you guys didn't even know about this you need to know about this come back and search this area the more we work these cases the more we realize what wasn't done when somebody was gone missing it's not a knock on law enforcement because law enforcement they can't drop everything everything they're doing and throw the whole kitchen sink at an investigation if there isn't a justifiable cause for expending those resource
s I find it very disturbing that his house was found not necessarily Foul Play scenario but you could it was it was alarmingly suspicious to to consider the fact that he was interrupted mhm when somebody is interrupted and isn't found I think it you at least have to you at least have to luminol the house the house should have been luminol absolutely 100% the house was not luminol and the house now is belongs to someone else the simple fact that the the the house was left in a state that you can
draw he that he was interrupted not only that but the family then also said coming back he was looking forward to his appointment you know he was eager he was packing he had plans to go somewhere in the future if you're depressed if you know for a fact that you're going to go out and you're going to do something you're you're not going to put in that effort that doesn't make sense it doesn't make sense so that leads me to conclude that perhaps this is either accent or this is Foul Play and you k
now being as though nothing was stolen from him doesn't mean nothing there's some there's some there's some sickos out here that will kill somebody just to kill them right for for nothing other than the the the joy of killing I'm just throwing this out there maybe maybe it's likely did he owe someone money he yeah we talk lots of good possib he did take his gun and that's never been found maybe he was scared for his life maybe possibility considering all of those what does that mean there's some
body out there that knows something if it's possible more than one person M I think there's a tremendous amount of guilt that weighs heavy on your heart if you're willing to take someone's a defenseless elderly man that that served this country with honor yeah yeah that should weigh real heavy on your heart you guys let us know what you think in the comments below reach out to us at Adventures withp purpose.com you can email me directly at Doug adventures purpose.com and or you can reach out to

There should be a receipt or credit card statement with a date and time for the Walmart visit. There's always the possibility that he used an old Walmart bag and gathered up food that he already had in the house, but it's worth a shot.

Doug, Mike, Carson and everyone out there on the search for Robert. Thank you for never giving up on trying to bring them home. My prayers are with Robert's family, especially over this Holiday Season. May all of you have a safe Christmas and New Year, and hopefully, someone comes forward with more information about Robert's location. Dive safe, everyone! I always want the person missing to be found. When not found I can't imagine how you guys feel because I see your determination in solving every case even when you can't. Because I feel a disappointment when they aren't found and I only watched the videos. I pray you all stay safe in every aspect of every case. I pray when you find them that you can feel how happy it makes us that the families now have closure because you fought so hard to bring each loved one home. You are all amazing and loved by so many for your efforts. Even if you don't find closure for the families you at least show where they are not at. Bless you each searcher for looking for answers for families.

When you add everything up, the young man is correct. He wanted it to all be over & dropped everything & did what he loved doing. Very sad & tragic.

@StacyBartlebaugh

Keep doing the great work guys

@43supermark

As to the flipping of the card, i have to disagree. As a matter of fact, his handling of the card seemed that he was quite aware. I've done that many times, when i didn't know which direction or side the ATM wanted the mag strip. He flipped and wiped it just trying to get it to read. Only confusion was why he couldn't get cash, or so it appears to me anyway.

@Aaron-hu1rm

Best water search channel on YouTube with out a doubt, keeping the drama well focused on the mission of bringing home the lost. Great work AWP !

@nadineduncan8903

I think your young guy might be right that he was interrupted cause he left everything home and food in the garage so maybe police may have let this one down a bit too by not looking at the house more as you said. Truly sad

@colleenlinke4208

Was there a receipt in the bag? Does Wal-Mart have any footage??

@deladyakarobin4777

As always .. I appreciate what you all do.
