done 16 murders, And lot of missing cases were not reported to the police, And some cases which was reported was neglected by the police, They didn't even try to find them thinking that they might have run away, And the victim's family doesn't have any money or power to put pressure on police, In between this mahanand married a girl who works in the central government and had a child, But even after that he didn't stop, He started to like his wife's friend, And one day he raped her, After that h
