okay today we are looking at a beautiful 1972 Pontiac lemon's GTO tribute car that is in absolutely excellent condition um it is a true Factory cardinal red code 75 car with a factory black interior um it has a Ys coated period correct 400 Pontiac 300 horsepower with uh 996 heads and um it has a lot of the uh correct GTO um options including the correct fenders the correct Hood the correct rear Valance with the correct exhaust splitter tips um it has the Hearst dual gate shifter it has the formu
la steering wheel uh GTO door panels GTO Fender Vents and all of the 15-in uh rally to Wheels um and so we're just going to walk around around this car and let you see just how beautiful it is start with the trunk it's got a full-size 15-in rally wheel with a BF Goodrich radial ta I'm not going to take the cover off of it Pontiac uh rubber mat it's got a little bit of a a rust haze just from uh the moisture but uh it's currently very dry and stays dry and there is no rust through or anything lik
e that it's it's a very very clean all metal car um not been patched up and bonded up uh the factory rear bumper has been rechromed uh all of the paint work even in the jams is nice new rubbers throughout the car um and you can we'll show you the quality of the paint as we go along but it is incredible the GTO emblems are actually under the clear coat which is kind of nice makes it easier for cleaning and not getting wax and build up up uh in those areas the paint is fantastic on this car uh jus
t top to bottom it's gorgeous and in fact when you walk by the paint it's so reflective you see you see tubby old white guys in it all the time I don't know how that happens but in any case absolutely beautiful paint beautiful body smooth smooth smooth 15inch rall with brand new Cobra uh Cooper Cobra radial GTS uh have less than 300 miles on them they still have the little knob IES on the sides they brand new the uh RAM a hood not a ram a car of course cuz it is a a tribute but it does have the
uh correct type motor in it 7172 block 300 horsepower motor 96 heads um Pontiac valve covers a dual snorkel air cleaner has a new power booster and master cylinder um very clean not air conditioned but can't have everything I guess um aluminum radiator makes it run cool it's got 2 and 1/2 in new exhaust underneath flow Master Mufflers it's got the Endura front bumper It's got the GTL grills and emblems I mean this is a very very authentic GTA uh reproduction or excuse me GTO reproduction and uh
it uh it really really you couldn't tell the difference unless you were a VIN expert and could look at the look at the VIN of course I did that look at the VIN and there we go just kind of but the paint is I mean just it it I don't know that the video is going to show just how nice and smooth the paint is but I mean um I have polished it uh to a absolutely reflective shine and pretty much everything works I think um there's some supplemental gauges on the pillar uh water and oil uh I think the w
ater uh works just fine and the the oil one I'm not sure if it's not hooked up or what but I'll I'll try to look into that um car drives excellent you can jump in this car and drive it absolutely anywhere and you know that's one of the great things about the kind of cars that I offer is that you know they don't um need huge amounts of money invested in them you can Tinker with them and do a few little things cuz every old classic car is going to need need just a little bit of something but the c
ars that I offer are so done and nice and just you know anything that any flaws they have are minimal and the things they need are minimal um underneath the car it's very clean it's got the big GTO sway bars too on both the front and the rear as you can see there uh newer gas tank you see the new exhaust um it's it's just you know it's been done right and uh it's been done for a few years and it certainly has held up exceptionally well um I think anyone would be thrilled to own drive and show of
f this car let's just go in the interior a little bit real quick the windows all go up and down beautifully they've been um lubricated so that they go up and down easy they don't catch they don't bind they don't do any of that stuff you can see in here that the uh the gaps are nice and it looks like there's been some probably some qu work down at one time like most of these old cars but done very professionally very nicely uh all the the vinyl the door panels the seats excellent condition throug
hout formula Wheels in perfect condition here you can see the little a pillar gauges they don't really get in the way either it's um I was kind of surprised by that but once you get in they they kind of stay out of your way and you see it's got the factory tack uh in it as well it's got a Pontiac Custom Auto sound uh stereo amfm of course um clean uh glove box clean Dash no tears no rips nothing like that um you know nice Headliners completely intact if I was to criticize the car at all the head
liner is probably original and and just looks a little more you know aged than the rest of the car uh couple little imperfections here and there but um but it's it's holding up on its own and you know it wouldn't need to be replaced unless someone really it bothered somebody but uh the seats are all very nice very firm I like that the um I haven't even looked in here to see the other stuff in here but uh here's the HST dual gate shifter and um you know it's just a it's just a super nice clean ca
r carpet's all in excellent condition horn Works obviously you can hear carpet looks more gray in the videos but it's always darker black in real life rear speaker shelf with the two speakers for the stereo back there very very nice car and it drives out beautifully it starts so easy I'm going to post a cold startup video as well it uh two pumps of the gas pedal and it just starts and idles immediately um and drives great shifts great brakes good has four-wheel disc brakes I did not mention that
