area to do a walk around on this beautiful 2017 jco J feather 23 RLS trailer with the slide out
on the back overall condition 1 through 10 10 being the best I would give it a 10 uh I went
through all pretty much the whole trailer and found no issues except that there's a little bit
of wear on the queen bed and I'll show that but let's go ahead and get started
on the inside uh
the exterior length is going to be 27 ft 3 in and the exterior height is going to be right at 11 ft
to the top of the ducted AC unit and this trailer weighs just under 5,000 lb and I'll show this
sticker that shows the exact weight when we get outside RLS stands for rear living room slide this
is going to be your slide out here boost slides out and that boot dinet is going to be about
a 7t long slide out and it slides out about 3 fet in the rear here you have a jack knife
ultr leather sleeper sofa and excellent condition it's going to be a dark brown color
nice stitching there for you and again I would give this trailer as far as condition I give
it a 10 the best I would put this up against any 2 17 2018 2019 2020 all day long you do have
night shades all throughout well I've got good lighting looks like on the window treatments
it's going to be the this is some of that Ultra leather that brown leatherette or whatever you
call it uh that they have on the boo
t dinette and on the sofa they actually integrated it
into the window treatments too and show off the booth dinette boot dinette does collapse
down make into a bed this floor plan sleeps four to six people again excellent condition
no weere uh this is a one-owner trailer and the current owner is selling it because they're
done they're uh retirees and uh they were the only ones using it so uh there's no wear and tear
from kids beating it up or anything like that not sure what they're calling
the cabinet colors it looks to be a maple with the
brush nickel finish on all the hardware I put a rush to get this video up
uh where're it's uh February 3rd is the date today and uh he took the cover off cover does
come with it but it's been covered all its life it's not been detailed whatsoever the owner
did say he detailed Tails it a few times a year and you can definitely tell I'll show you
on the outside it's extremely wellmaintained and again it's been covered pretty much
all its li
fe whenever it's not in use microwave three burner gas cooktop
Front Burner usually a high output for boiling water and oven
looks like it's never been used yeah pull out Met Ball Bearing
drawer guides little storage back in there oh yeah it's a wallpaper backsplash your refrigerator is going to be a
nor cold it looks to be about a 6 cubic foot gas electric whether your Boondock and hooked up
to shore power uh you got cold fridge within a couple hours and you can actually adjust
the settin
g on these nor cods which I do like looks like a pots and pan drawer underneath here TV is going to be on a pull out I believe
it's a pull out yeah I do believe it comes out pivots around looks to be maybe a 32 in
Furon TV and he hooks it up to the Amazon Fire stick here uh you do have the fuon
stereo Bluetooth capable and all the good stuff it's going to be your furnace and
your high traffic area is going to be the vinyl residential grade vinyl
flooring kind of a wood plank floor look and
again ducted AC with quick dump feature
once you get to where you're going open up these louvers and it does a quick dump cools it off
after a couple minutes shut this off and you have ducted AC all throughout and I'm going to
say it's going to be probably a 13,500 BTU AC unit walkth through bath I do love these
walkthrough baths into the master [Music] bedroom medicine cabinet not just a
mirror that's a big deal especially on these ultr lights this is perfect for
a crossover a little smal
l half ton truck something like that that's what this
is for this trailer is made for this [Music] line nice skylight glass enclosed
shower by the way uh some manufacturers in this line will just give you a curtain or
some kind of a plastic cordion door let's walk through this way and then go into the master
bedroom in the hallway here you've got more storage looks like maybe for [Music] Keys maybe shoes stuff like that Central
Command here going to be where your tank monitors are your batt
eries fully charged freshwater tank
is going to be a 49 gallon freshwater tank black tank which is your toilet I believe is 22.5 Gall
and your gray tank which is your sink and your shower it's going to be right at 30 gallons and
water pump switch here uh water heater you got a gas electric direct spark ignition water heater
flip switch on 15 minutes later You' got hot water slide out button for the room and slide out
button for the awning the power awning that I'll show you when we get outs
ide thermostat controls
here easy to figure out curtain for privacy from the bath bedroom into the hallway going into
the living room and the queen bed mattress uh does lift up it is showing some wear I would
replace this mattress and you do have storage up underneath this mattress closet on each side
of the bed and I do check for water damage in the corners little tricks that I do look for
any wrinkling in the wallpaper nice reader lights let's spin around here and
that's a brand new TV f
rom what the owner tells me so brand new Vizio and
it looks to be maybe a 19inch and then you have a nice solid wood pocket door
for the bathroom for privacy foot flush toilet definitely in uh I would put this
up against any 2017 model 18 model 19 20 model model all day long uh extremely
wellmaintained all right let's go outside again the owner does have a cover for
it and he just took the cover off so we could do the video uh but the cover does come with it
he does have covers for the tir
es they come with it and he's got all sorts of odds and ends and
Extras that are coming with it he does have an hitch that he pay paid over $1,000 for it's not
going with the trailer but if you're interested in the hitch maybe you can make uh something work
out with the owner so but the hitch does not come with the trailer automatically so power hitch on
the front two 20 lb LP tanks with cover that's probably part of an option or part of a package
there's your battery which is fully charged
and solar prepped look at that yeah that's what
you want heavy duty stabilizer Jacks that's what you want not the in my opinion the cheap
little electric jacks stabilizer Jacks um not a real big fan of these heavy ones are the
ones you want enclosed underbelly but once you start getting in the cold weather around
here uh once you start getting into the late October start thinking about winterizing it
after they do all the Halloween parties at the campgrounds get ready to kind of button her
up for the winter and winterize it and it does have the fiberglass finished aluminum frame
sidewalls let's see if I can get up here in the front kind of getting ahead of myself I like
to show off the decals decals are in excellent condition see I look at the little tips of
the decals that tells you especially when they overlay the decals right here there's
no curling and on the edge here excellent see even on the front and they're not bleached out
see the jco badge there look excellent ex
cellent condition tinted windows probably an 80% tint I
believe it's going to be a 13 ft power awning and that awning is brand new pretty much they actually
had it replaced from what the owner told me tires are in excellent condition I believe the
owner says it has just under 3,000 miles on the trailer and they're good years 14in good years
with the aluminum wheels you do have the equiflex suspension system it rides like an independent
suspension see this little tire chalks locks tire locks
these come this comes with it and again it
does have the tire covers cable satellite ready out front 110 Outlets here uh potable water
which is the 48 gallon freshwater tank on this little TV mount looks like right here look
at that J feather badge see excellent excellent condition and the roof is one of the strongest
in the industry it's the the Magnum trust Roof System on the jco furion outside speakers
so water heater service panel here and again stabilizer Jacks the heavy duty ones tho
se are
the ones you want there's that enclosed underbelly it's good for aerodynamics going down the road
too that underbelly enclosed LED lights on the brake lights and uh all throughout LED lights
all throughout this coach saves you on your battery spare tire with cover that's probably
part of a [Music] package 30 amp service with Marine stall cord and this does have the light
that tells you that you got Shore power coming in that's what you want in case you're trying
to have an uh figure
out an electrical issue at least you know you have Shore power coming in
cable hook up here it's that uh slide out it's going to be a again it's about a 7 foot slide out
7 foot long and about 2 and 1 half to three foot [Music] deep and again tires are in excellent
condition this is where you hook up your sewer hoses and stuff low Point drain valves are right
there look easy to winterise right there outside shower hot and cold water a City Water Hookup
right here black tank sewer flush rins
es out your toilet so you don't have to drag a hose inside to
clean out your toilet tank and again I'm focusing mostly on condition this trailer's uh 7 years old
yeah it's does not show it whatsoever yeah Bey very very wellmaintained unload a vehicle weight
when it came off the assembly line 4,939 lbs and it was from what I can tell by the manufacturing
date it was one of the last ones made in 2017 cuz usually mid year they go to the next model year
so I'm going to say this is probably one
of the last ones made in 2017 oh I didn't know no
it's open all this stuff goes with [Music] it it's ready just needs to be de winterized
or summerized she's ready to go oh that diamond shield on the front that was probably part of
a package that you they offered yeah beautiful trailer definitely a good way to start 2024 this
is my first video for 2024 and I tell you what it's nothing better than starting off with a crisp
clean nice beautiful unit and this is what it is definitely a definit
ely one I would recommend
