Brian here with help sell my rv.com out of
Louisville Kentucky where all RVs are for sale by owner I'm actually about 90 minutes north of
downtown Louisville in a place called Nashville Indiana to do a walk around on this beautiful
2021 Forest River Prime Time Avenger 24 BHS bunk house trailer with the slide and the outside
kitchen overall exterior length is going to be right around 28 ft 2 in and the exterior height is
going to be be 10 F 8 in and the unloaded vehicle weight are uvw when i
t came off the assembly
line sometimes you can find it right here on the inside of the door or on the tongue and it
says the dry weights 5,367 lb this is a second owner camper the current owner I've known the
owner since last year they actually po bought a a personal vehicle of mine uh but anyway they've
owned this trailer for about a year uh and they've only used it twice the wife does not like it they
want to do something else or she does so he called me up and last week and asked me to c
ome up and
see if we can get this listed for him uh great condition as far as condition I think any dealer
would agree Let's uh start in the back and work my way up front it's a bunk house floor plan does
have the teddy bear mattresses in the rear you could probably sleep too uh adult bus comfortably
up here I don't think any any problem at all I'm 5' 10 and that could definitely fit up there no
problem at all and down at the bottom also again teddy bear mattress you do have USB charging
p
orts all over the floor plan here and I'll show you in the master bedroom too so each bunk
bed gets uh USB charging and their own personal light the fan in the bathroom the owner says
it's not working the little electric fan uh anyway there's a brand new one right here but
it might just be just a short for something uh Harley a couple years old I don't see why there
would be any issues with little electric fan but huge shower and you do have seating area there and that's that electric fan th
at I
say is not working might just be a little wire and you do have a medicine
cabinet not just a mirror you won't believe how many manufacturers
in this line will just give you a mirror and you do have the foot flush toilet I'm guess call this Pantry space since
it's across from the kitchen this going to be the slide out slides out about 3ot and it's about
8T 8T wide it's it's a huge u-shaped boot dinet so it breaks down into a a huge bed and you can
definitely sleep uh to adults comforta
bly even if they're 6'5 that's something you can't say
on most of your traditional Boot dinets and the table here just collapses the poles collapse and
rest on this ledge here and position the cushions accordingly and the cushions and everything are
in excellent condition it's that Ultra leather leatherette there's no cracking or anything like
that it's kind of a stain resistant fabric there the colors on the uh boot dinet are going
to be Browns and dark Browns and light Tans nice big windo
w and you do have
night shades all throughout this camper 8 cubic foot 12vt refrigerator and
it is cold the owners have had this thing plugged in for a while this camper is stored
in a in a barn and uh so since the current owner has owned it for the past year so it's
in excellent condition and all the stainless steel finish is in good condition there's no
dinks or anything like that stainless steel finish on your microwave and we are plugged
into I believe 30 amp but we're showing that the
digital readouts working three burner gas
cook top Front Burner usually a high output for boiling water and you do have a glass lid that was
probably part of a package that they offered but more counter space nice LED light accent and
that furi on oven looks like it's never been used oh huge pots and pan drawer your countertop looks like a solid surface
marble but it's that foil wrap stuff and it's a uh water resistant and you do have the I
call it the farmer sink undermounted farmer sink
entertainment center area the TV uh the
owner says he does have a TV for this so I believe a TV does come with it and I'll try to
put it in the description what the measurements are stereo's got Bluetooth USB hookups HDMI
hookups and you do have inside and outside speakers and you do have the solid pocket
doors for privacy from the living room into the bedroom and that is the upgraded queen
mattress it's a very plush memory foam style mattress and you can lift up this mattress and
get to t
he storage up underneath but I'll show you that when we get outside 110 hookups
on each side of the bed you do have a USB charging station over here and then closets I do
open up all cabinets and look for water damage any wrinkling in the wallpaper anything that may
be a red flag did not find any issues with this trailer mount for your TV in the bedroom
if you wanted to put one in here I think a nice little 13in would do nicely and again the solid pocket doors you won't believe how
many man
ufacturers will just give you a curtain you do have ducted AC 13,500 BTU
AC unit with quick dump so once you get to a campsite if it's hot and stuffy in
the camper open up the louvers on each side does a quick dump for a couple minutes
once it's cooled off close these louers off and you've got ducted AC and you do have
a 25,000 BTU furnace on this camper more than enough for this floor plan awning
button there slide button there this is the interior light button one of them
and that's the
patio light button all right let's go out side this camper is equipped
with the step above system that's what you want nice clean look when you're driving down the road
it stows inside the door and it's heavy duty so it's not wobbling like the old traditional steps
back up here this is the corrugated aluminum Skin trailer uh and I do always check for any dinks on
these aluminum corated and I always do my videos on sunny days and this is one of the reasons
why so you can see what the decals
look like and always check the tips that's the first sign
if they're curling that usually is a sign that they haven't stored it inside or covered it but uh
this trailer passed with flying colors decals are in excellent condition and there's no dinks or
anything like that diamond plating on the front probably part of a package solar prep you do a
battery and then two 20 lb LP tanks with cover and a power hitch Jack owner does have hitching
for this that he paid a pretty good penny for but um
they're done with the RV but he says he's
not giving it away with the trailer but maybe you can work something out I don't believe they
need it so outside storage this is up underneath that bed the queen bed I was telling you huge
storage and that's some of your hitching I'll try to show you that on the back side this camper
is equipped with the enclosed underbelly so you can go into extended season but when you start
getting the 30° I would start winterizing this thing fourpoint heavyduty
manual stabilizer Jacks
those are the ones you want those electric ones in my opinion they're Rinky Dink not afraid to say it
13 ftot power awning and you do have the LED light strips up against the wall that's where you want
them not in the tube and all the LED lights are working that's your water heater
service panel 6 gallon gas electric whether you're boondocking or hooked up
to shore power you've got hot water and there is a switch in the bathroom for
that I forgot to point that out
110 outlet there this your service U panel
for your furnace tires are in excellent condition and the outside kitchen one of
the popular features on these bunk houses nice two burner gas cook top looks like
it's never been used it stows away nice and clean let's get that locked in there
you go oh you do have a gas hookup for gas grill looks like to be like a 2.5 cubic
foot dorm fridge nice 110 outlet outside here nice sink not sure if that's piped into
the sewer line or not it might be I do
n't see a drain hose there's your gas hookup right
there and again stabilizer Jacks the heavy duty ones look at that little pet tie so
you can tie pets so that they don't run away and I think I did pointed out if
not it does have the outside speakers and see your decals excellent condition see these little tiny ones that's a good sign
right there they're not curled up or anything and just look down the side for
any dinks any hail damage or anything like that and as I pointed out this has
b
een stored in a in a barn or a big garage I think 80% tin on your windows
you do have a backup camera prep spare tire they don't give those away that was
probably part of a package outside shower hot and cold water City Water hook up here and
30 amp cord right there the sun's going to get me you got a sewer hose stinky Slinky whatever you want to call them in the bumper
there cable satellite hookups here well there's a little tiny dink
right there and one right there I missed that it's a no
n-issue definitely uh any dealer
took this in on trade it'd be excellent condition looks like it's a little dirty just a
little dirty should clean up like a new Penny your gravity water fill your freshwater
holding tank 42 galon and uh you do have a monitor man I didn't show it but anyway
there's a monitor in the bathroom it shows you where you are in your tank monitors
and you do have 30 30-gallon freshwater tank I'm sorry 30 gallon gray water tank which
is your sink in your shower and yo
u got a 30- gall black tank which is your toilet and
a 42 gallon freshwater tank there's your hitching right there if you're interested
I'm sure the owner probably work something out and this is another sticker If you can't
find the weight sticker on the inside of the door always check the hitch area there it is
there's your VIN number if you want insurance on the camper there you go oh let me show you
where you hook up your sewer sewer hose here we go I like to try to show everything look
at
that low Point drain valves for the hot and cold so it's easy to winterize eyes well looks like
there is a little dink right here on the back side anyway I try to look for things like that if
I didn't point it out you probably wouldn't even even noticed it it's a clean trailer all right I
think I got everything if I didn't I do apologize to the owner anyway if you want to come and see
