five people are dead after a crash that has shut down Route 40 in fyat County First Responders are still on the scene in Warton Township right near neolan KD K's Jessica guay has been tracking this breaking news for us she joins us live now with the very latest Jess well Kim and Megan State Police tell us five people died in this accident and drivers are being advised to take another route all lanes are closed on Route 40 in Wharton Township right now it happened on 40 near New Meadow Run Drive

shortly before 2: p.m. this is a look at the scene from one of our drone Pilots you can see a red SUV a black car and a tractor trailer with a lot of damage according to State Police five people in one of those Vehicles including an infant were killed in the crash two people in the second vehicle and the truck driver all have minor injuries were told pendot District 12 says the crash has shut down Route 40 in both directions between elliottville Road Farmington Ohio pile Road and dinnerbell Five
