pro so take my tips with the grain of salt  but if you want some tips on working out I would say to start off slow all right work yourself  into it I think even though y'all laugh at me when I use my 4 lb weights or my 8 lb weights I  think starting off small is a good way to start because you don't want to start off with  something big and then automatically wear yourself out and then you don't want to do it  again again I think working out I as like you start doing it more it will probably sta

rt to  feel more like a chore but something that I've been doing recently is I've been trying to  make it feel more like a hobby if that makes sense um so I don't necessarily work out a  specific muscle group like on certain days because if I'm being honest I feel like if I  were to do a fullon 1eh hour workout on just one muscle group then I'm going to actually like  be so worn out and then I'm not gonna want to do it anymore so I actually like just work out  a bit of everything and then I just
