The first time I met my best friend, she was singing this song, all the way back in kindergarten. She mentioned hearing it on the radio. Sadly, she passed away when I was 11, and we played this song at her funeral. It has since become my favorite song and has likely impacted the lives of many others. The artist may not fully grasp the profound impact of this masterpiece.
When my life is going well I come back to this song, so I won't forget there was a time I thought my life would never be the same, I could never forget what it took to get me to the place I'm at today the meaning behind this song helped me through the gray times, I am grateful and blessed.
