I photographed animal families in the Kgalagadi.
First up, the lions... Lion father and son.
In a different group from the mother and cubs. The mother with her two cubs were at the watering hole. The lioness and her cubs playing in the shade of a tree. The lion father and son are sniffing each other to check scents. Another cub has arrived. A leopard family.

Each one has a distinctive way of walking. An ostrich family walking under the sunlight. The lion father and son walking in the morning sunlight. A pair of jackals on the move. The lion father and son drinking. A mother and child leopard tortoise?
Perhaps a female and a small male. The lion father and son walking side by side, rubbing against each other as they go. The lion cub ventures out. A Cape fox cub playing mischief with its mother.
