with the  10 and then uh the others for the moment you don't have to worry about uh the feel of  this um rectangle because later on we're going to make it the same as our background  field so that's not a problem the only thing is to properly arrange these that's great and  now let's select all of them and put a 22 as size and we have our digital counter so that was  the step number two step number three involves creating a hole into the dial so that's why  if something goes wrong I always reco

mmend to create a duplicate of the slide so you can  always return to the initial dial if your hole is not positioned in the right location okay  we've done the duplicate now let's uh create um the hole so um first of all let's um align  for the moment these great and since this is the middle I would like more or less around  here to have the hole so that's why I'm going to insert another shape and more or less this  is the place for me to um put the hole that's great I'm going to remove these f

that's  why I've included this step because we have to do an additional setup here to make sure that this  arrow is actually going to spin accordingly with the dial and not in that situation for the moment  the gravity Center let's call it this way of this arrow is more or less here at the half of its  height and we want to change the gravitational point and to put it here meaning the half of  the diameter the center of the dial so to do so we're going to take this arrow and put it  like this a

nd we have created now a dimension equals that equals with the diameter of the dial  but logically you don't want these to be visible so that's why we're going to make it invisible  let me erase this so we will make it invisible so to do so it's no outline and no feel and now  is being selected click and select these and we will group once we have group it the animation  is gone we already know that but now let's apply again the animation and take a look now this  spin is accordingly to our wish

es perfect now let's create the animations and since is almost  midnight and we want a final countdown from the last 10 seconds of the year until the new year  we want to position this Arrow here so um let's go to shape uh format and um also here where um  at um size and properties and let's put a 300 degrees okay now is pointed where we want and  now is question of formatting the animation we already have the animation but now we don't want  a 360° we want just 60° and this should last for 10 s

econds so effect options instead of 360 let's  keep just 60 and then hit the enter and the timing is going to be we don't have um 10 seconds here  don't worry we will put it here instead of five let's put 10 great and now as you can see we have  the arrow spinning just with 60° and just from here to here in 10 seconds perfectly now let's  move these and make sure that the appropriate animation is done also for them so we want them  more or less to be positioned here we can apply again um the ali

h end and again we don't have uh the 10 seconds options but we have created now and let's  see it in in full mode this is our countdown and uh it works very very good as I was saying  earlier this is a second reason for which we need to hide objects because we don't want  these and these to be visible so this part of the motion and this part of the motion should  be hidden too to create the masks we're going to insert another type of shapes and yeah this  is funny what we can see part of the Sta

rs at the midnight if there are no clouds logically we  can also see the moon so that's why we're going to insert yes logically we're going to insert the  moon and we're going to use it to create a part of our masks so um is something like this these  should be applied here and let's uh eliminate the outline and this is going to be applied  here logically we will put it with the slide um f and then some U additional rectangles  will uh end up our mask something like this it depends on the situat

preciation for you and because we're talking about uh the night between the years I  really want to use as fireworks the heart you can pretty much use whatever type of shape you want is  uh 100% up to you but in my case I really want to use the hearts and uh I will make them uh uh one  by one that's perfect and no outline and let's uh create six of them one more now let's apply  the colors I want red I want a green and orange let's put here um a blue a yellow and finally  a purple that's great n

ow we have to create only once the animation for one her and then  we will use the animation painter for all the others and then we will just have to modify  the path but since uh we're going to need a duplicate of these hearts for the next steps  in order to make sure that the animations will work perfectly I'm going to create right now a  duplicate and I'm going to position them here and here just for the moment okay now um our  initial movement should be from here from here and from here and

then don't worry we're going  to hide them behind uh our dial great so uh we want to apply the animation for this heart  and logically is going to be a motion path animation and we want a custom path and now  you can exercise your mind and do whatever type of path you want I will do something like  this double click to end it perfect and as I was saying now we can really um put the same  type of animation for all the others with the animation painter so we have selected already  the her now doub

purple and this is the end so let's move it here  for the yellow is this one and for the blue one is this one but we don't want it like this so  let's click again and more or less here that's perfect now let's set up um the animations  in the right way so all of these we want to happen after um the countdown so it's going  to be after the previous and then for all the others with previous and this is a two seconds  that's perfect we don't need other setup for the hearts now finally we are at ste

p number 10  where we have to apply the animations and we have to make sure that we will create the firework  effects so um how we can do that well we have to think from this moment where uh they will  reach this point everything will end up here but uh we don't want these to happen just once  we want to happen more and more or less I want it to happen 10 times so that's why all these uh  animations will happen and not with smooth start and smooth Ed will happen uh for two seconds  but we repeat

just for  you my friends as a super appreciation for all your support that's great now the last details  that you can arrange here is to make sure that these happy year will also get an animation and  then do the fireworks also for the happy New Year so for that we're going to have to repeat  the steps that we have applied for the Herz so these will get um this type of animations for two  uh seconds and is going to be with previous and logically we're going to apply the uh repeat of  10 times gr

eat and now for converting the happy New Year into fireworks Let's uh duplicate  these um two more times so this is one but I don't want this type of animation for it  and uh one more time for further use so for this one we're going to apply the motion path up  great if you want to put it just slightly above don't worry you can do it that's great and then  these will have to come into place and will be more or less here that's perfect and um this  is also going to be with previous 10 uh two seco
