But on 1st October 2021, the day NCB was planning for the entire raid on the cruise Kiran Gosavi called his bodyguard Prabhakar Sail that tomorrow i.e. 2nd October 2021, be ready around 7.30 in the morning after saying this Kiran transfers Rs 500 Gpay to Prabhakar and sends a location on Whatsapp where Prabhakar Sail has to reach Now, next day i

n 2nd of October, the day raid was to be conducted, Prabhakar reaches the map location in the morning this location turns out to be the location of the NCB office but Prabhakar doesn't think too much & following the location arrives straight at the NCB office at around 8 o' clock. When Prabhakar arrives at the NCB office, there he meets Vijay Suryavanshi, the driver of Kiran Gosavi who tells him to stop there itself. He tells that Kiran sir is in the meeting with the NCB officers after hearing t

his, Prabhakar waits there itself near the Innova car. And after some time, Kiran Gosavi comes out with the NCB officers. And leaves in White Innova for the Mumbai International Cruise Terminal - the place where the raid was to be conducted- the place where Aryan Khan was going to come. Later in the day, around 12 P.M. Kiran Gosavi calls his bodyguard Prabhakar Sail and calls him to the place - Mumbai International Cruise Terminal where raid was to be conducted. Prabhakar Sail - the bodyguard of

Kiran Gosavi, arrives there after which Kiran Gosavi sends some photographs on Whatsapp to His bodyguard - Prabhakar which belonged to all the high profile kids, that were going to come on that cruise party. Prabhakar identifies one photo among them & told Kiran that this particular boy has arrived at the cruise and NCB officers starts keeping an eye on them. Now, after some time - when

Around 10.30 P.M at night, investigation takes place including NCB and Aryan along with his friends that Prabhakar also watches & after that they take everyone and arrive at NCB office. After some time, around 12.30 P.M. at night Kiran Gosavi tells his bodyguard Prabhakar Sail that he should become the witness of the Panchnama. In the

out of the NCB office & its said that he was the person who was the dealer between NCB and Sharukh Khan but On paper this couldn't be proved. Its said that, he told Sharukh Khan's manager - Pooja Dadlani - for the first time that drugs were found from Aryan Khan and at this time he's at NCB. So, the person named SAM when he comes at the NCB office so, Kiran Gosavi meets him separately at a distance of 500 m from NCB office and talks to him for some time. And then Kiran Gosavi along with Prabhaka

So, when the meeting ends, Kiran & Sam D' SOUZA are given an address where they're promised to be given 50 lacs in cash and its said that this was the 1st installment of 50 lacs to release Aryan Khan. Now, after this - Kiran Gosavi tells Prabhakar Sail - his bodyguard to bring the 50 lacs he'll get in cash at Indiana Hotel. Prabhakar does the same.

Goes there and a white colored car with number 5102 comes and gives 2 bags to Prabhakar. And Prabhakar takes those 2 bags and gives to Kiran Gosavi and he takes 12 lacs from that bags and gives it to Prabhakar and tells him to give it to Sam D'SOUZA. Now, its said that after this the deal gets cancelled due to some reason some say that Sharukh Khan did this to trap them. And some say that the deal was cancelled as the news that Aryan Khan was caught by NCB was leaked. But nobody knows what actu

ally happened. Now, all of these incidents are taking place. After 2 days, NCP leader in Maharashtra Nawab Malik said that, the entire raid is fake and its BJP's conspiracy. In which they said that when the raid was taking place, there were 2 other people along with NCB. One, Kiran Gosavi and second, Manish Bhanushali. He said that, they weren't NCB officers, they didn't have any relation. But what were they doing in the NCB office? If even if they're assumed as witness, then why were they roami

In the answer, Sameer Wankhede showed Kotwali register copy and his caste certificate and he even got the clean cheat from court as well. In between these things, a man named - Neeraj Yadav, who's a Bhopal resident tells India Today TV that he only tipped Kran Gosavi and Manish Bhanushali that drugs are going to be used

on Cordelia cruise. Neeraj's friend was going on that cruise and from there he got the information that drugs are going to be used here. Now, the statement that I told you was entirely different. With this statement Kiran Gosavi and Manish Bhanushali were again held back that these were just the independent witness. But why is their name everywhere? And this was the time when there were rumors regarding Kiran and Manish in the media & Kiran disappeared as well. So, his bodyguard - Prabhakar Sai

l got scared & told that - my life is in danger, I can be even killed. That is why all the things that happened, he wrote everything in affidavit on court and I'm telling you the story from there. But, later he dies due to heart attack. So this thing ends there. Now, this case was argued from around 3rd October to 28th October. Aryan Khan's counsel tells that Aryan Khan neither sold the drugs, nor took the drugs. So, why are they arrested? There NCB counsel states that they got their chat due to

which this was established that they took drugs. Its being argued for lot of days but on 28th October Mumbai High court gives the bail. On 29th October, formalities are completed. Juhi Chawla becomes the guarantor of Aryan Khan. And on 30th October, Aryan Khan comes out of Jail. Now, if you look at it like a national level incident then in a ship of 1800 people, the drug that was found was very less. If for instance, Aryan Khan wouldn't have been Sharukh Khan's Son then he would've got bail rea

But the way this case moved forward, NCB was questioned that on one hand 13 gram drugs that is 2- 2 and half spoons and 21 gram Cannabis that is 4-5 spoons.
