The message in this is so powerful. As someone struggling right now, unfortunately no one will know you're not ok if you don't say anything. The struggles of living with mental health issues can feel so much like a maze, you can feel numb, brain fog and confusion. "Don't be scared and let go, I'm NOT OK now" "Try again no matter how many times" you might to try and try and try to get someone attention to help. "Louder, ROAR that I'm NOT OK" This is literally a song, a message to us that they hear us. And it's literally saying, get help, tell someone you aren't OK. People won't know you aren't OK if you don't tell them or you hid everything. Find the people you trust and go to them.
