combination of development and operations so basically in our sdlc process what is happening earlier it is development is what sdlc plus operation s basically this is let me tell you this is basically the S DLC plus operation so basically in sdlc how many phases let me tell you in sdlc devops is also what software development process correct guys it is not a methodology okay so first let us discuss about the sdlc then I will explain you how devops came into the picture okay so basically in sdlc
how many phases first one is what planning phase planning phase second one is what design third one is what development fourth one is what testing and fifth one is what deployment and maintenance deployment and maintenance or deployment and maintenance Let It Be deployment okay so in planning phase what exactly we are doing we are going to create what what is the output sdlc is what a stand for software development life cycle it is what a stand for software development life cycle so basically in

have understood right what are the work we are going to do yes now we are going to discuss about the what are the operation work we are going to do correct so what are the operational work first one is what deployment deployment of code [Music] in a specific EnV a specific environment either it is what Dev EnV Dev environment either it is what sit environment either it is what prea either it is prod somewhere I know in some of the project we used to call this is what uat also okay this is I know

perational work right so but main focus in devops is what we are going to deploying the code correct but for deploying the code we need some a specific tools correct guys so we required what tools right so there are so many tools are available in the market but number one tool is what aju devops before going to the aju devop let me tell you guys devops nowadays this is what the devops now the new terminology have came into the picture that is known as Deb SEC Ops this is known as Dev secops it m
eans development Plus Security Plus operation okay and one more terminology you guys might be heard about SEC Dev Ops okay so here first we are going to address the Security Plus development and plus operation Okay so so these are the two terminology you guys might be heard about okay so now we are going to work on this know devops is obviously it is what going to we are going to deploy the code and all this stuff right it is a process but now we are going to work in this in these two principles
in that devops okay because the environment and first of all we have to secure the environment first of all we have to secure the code okay there should not be any kind of leakage okay if we are going to use any open source tool mainly so what is happening we are going to expose our you know uh data into the open source library then it will what we are at risk so that is the reason we are going to use Azure devops okay this is also one of the tools from the there are so many tools are there aju
devops okay one of the tools are aju devops now the question is coming why devops came into the market correct yes or no so first of all let me tell you guys we have first waterfall model right waterfall model so waterf model is what same as the sdlc correct so basically what is the advant Vantage of water for model or disadvantage first of all product definition is what definition should be fixed correct it means what once we have defined all the functionality and all we cannot change anything
second is what requirement should be clear clear right after the waterfall model we have what agile right in agile model what is the advantage requirement we can change anytime yes or no anytime second one is what what is the second development should be first okay so these are so so basically why after the water for model we we know these are the disadvantage due to that reason we came into theile but these are what requirement of functional you know uh disadvantage but what is the business wh
