here's a few times I wasn't able to make it so it's great to be back here and be able to do this and how big it has gotten it's gotten huge and it's so exciting I guess to you know cuz people do charity events and you know they always have the you know here's the video and here's this is that this is great to have the kids come out here with the celebrities walk you know walk the little Runway like you know and they're like the star they're the star for for today which is amazing you're a big-he
arted guy and you know what we both have kids and and we just know how how seriousness is you know it's a serious we're having fun in everybody's partying and raising money yeah and it gives like I said it gives them a chance as far as the kids to to Really open up and enjoy themselves cuz you know they they when you're when you're there and you have the you know as far as the the medical stuff and the medicine they sit there for hours getting their meds and stuff like that it does become a litt
le bit of a down so this is a great time to at least of course celebrate and have a great time raise money uh also raise awareness for people that are not even aware of certain things or especially local in Orlando you know we're huge as far as you know even when like over at onama hospital I'm always over there as far as the the cancer uh level and stuff like that to go over there and say hi to the kids so it's it's near and dear to my heart cuz I've always been here and you know Mark's always
done a great job and everybody else supporting because everybody's donating their time here it's great to get a lot of rich people that are here in Orlando to spend some money and raise some money so that's what we like that's what we like to do that's I you said everything hey he in scene thank you brother have you seen how many people are downstairs oh it's full we're full capacity but we're so excited there's so many supporters here and you we're all supporting the same cause Runway to Hope f

t I knew we were raising money for an important cause but you realize that the self-esteem of these kids can be so battered at times and that this really inspires them then when they see 2400 people applauding crying you know jumping up and down and screaming for them it really does become long lasting for them and so they realize that they're beautiful on the outside and on the inside and it really carries them for for till the next year it's amazing so we're we're very very very touched by wha
t's been occurring I'll tell you self-confidence is does wonders for these kids and and Mr Singh we interviewed him downstairs and it's official Runway to Hope is the number one charity in Central Florida yeah we've been very honored and our sixth year only and I got to run though y problem Mark Mark [Laughter] out all right guys so we do have a lemonade and cookie stand over here with these lovely little ladies over here each one of them is dressed so beautifully tonight and I do believe all th
e proceeds from this stand goes to the benefit correct all right so tell me what are your two names I'm Haley and I'm Sophia our uncle is our uncle and um we come here every year so and then we're just helping um raise money by selling cookies and lemonade a fantastic well Haley and Sophia you both look amazing and I love all of you girls your dresses look so great and they're doing a great thing here too everyone's a part of this calls it is [Music] fantastic thank you guys so much for coming o
ut um we would do this every year I mean it it's such a great event such a great family and this year they have joy Fone as a host like what more could you ask for [Music] I want to tell you a little bit about what Josie and I and our family have learned along the way we've been immensely blessed it's one reason we started this I whispered in our children's ears since they were born to those who much is given much is expected and so we had an inspiration to start this and when we did I thought t
his night would just kind of be a cool night we'd raise a lot of money and make a difference in helping pediatric cancer and then I came to realize the difference this night makes for these children going through puberty pre-adolescent adolescence all of us at one time or another might have self-esteem issues our voices are cracking we have pimples on our face we don't feel quite right we don't feel like we really fit in well so many of these kids have challenges that go Way Beyond that they hav
e cuts and scars on their bodies they're missing their hair their bodies are bloated because of the medication they might have some sort of physical disability because of surgery or chemo or radiation and so what this night has done it's inspired them they recognize how beautiful they are inside and outside they've recognized that all of you here are on your feet applauding for them and cheering for them and and moving them on inspiring them as they Inspire us what else we learned was the challe
nges that these families go through and in most families there's a lot of challenges just keeping their finances in order no matter how much you make or how little you make well now imagine that you've got a situation where you have a child fighting for their life one parent typically simply cannot work because their life becomes dedicated to the survival of their child so now the family's finances are often in disarray on top of that you have mounting medical bills you have electrical bills tha
t are not paid you have mortgages and rents that go unpaid you get to the point where often times you cannot even afford toll money to get to the hospital you cannot afford cafeteria money to eat while you're waiting for your child to endure hours and hours of painstaking treatment that's the life of these families we came to realize that once we created Runway to Hope all my life I've been waiting for love to come and take me you light it guides me through the dark I knew that I fall quickly th
e things you do complete me you make it easy to my heart you can't imagine how lucky that I found and I never want to be without you're the only one I see by my side is no [Music] surprise in your eyes I see your heart it is beating for my love girl it's feeling so amazing amazing your heart's beting for my love and I just can't get enough oh this feeling so amazing [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] amazing [Applause] [Music] [

ve their lives so how old are you I'm eight and what's your story well I was a baby I wasn't in the hospital then but then how I got in the hospital was I took a a b bath like a bubble bath and then when I got up I felt dizzy and fainted but then my dad kept me up with cold water and then he just put me up he didn't care if I was wet so he just put pajamas on me and then we rushed to the hospital the emergency room and then I just fell asleep but I was still fine cuz I calmed down and then I sta
yed there for a few months maybe a year or something and then I what what a few a few months like um you stayed at the hospital for a few months yeah giving them chemo medicine I had I had a prick on my arm and now I have a port cuz I'm not really staying in the hospital oh so you're getting much much better yes I'm getting much better can I get wait will you dab with me will you do a dab with me what a dab wait oh ready one 2 3 go look you are Survivor you are strong you are beautiful thank you
