Based on True Events I This movie shocked me in so many ways I Farha (2021) Explained in English I As violence breaks out in 1948 Palestine, a father hides his 14-year-old daughter inside a locked pantry and promises to return. Movie Summary : Farha is a 14 year old girl who lives in a small village in Palestine, 1948. Girls her age are traditionally married off or spoken for yet Farha wants to continue her education despite traditions and the restrictions of schooling in her village for boys only. Inseparable from her best friend Farida, who lives in the city but who spends weekends in the village, Farha dreams of joining her at a school in the city. Life in the village is threatened and aggressively changed by the looming danger. Just when Farha's father is finally convinced and Farha's dream is at last coming true, the danger comes closer to their village. As violence escalates, Farha is brutally separated from Farida. Terrorized for his daughter's safety and fearing for her life, Farha's father locks her up in a concealed, small food storage space by the house, promising to return. But he never does. Over the course of the next few days, Farha undergoes a life-changing experience while buried in the tight dark space, her only connection to the outside world is a small hole in the wall and a few cracks in the wooden door. Farha witnesses a lot of events, outside and inside the room, setting off her journey of transformation and forcing her to grow up and leave her childhood behind CREDIT : • Movie Name : Farha ( 2021 ) IMDB Rating: 8.1 • Flixbox Ratin: 8.1 • Genre: Drama, Historical Drama • Original Language: English, Arabic, Hebrew, Palestinian Arabic • Director: Darin J. il is steadily depleting and pharah uses a fire extinguisher to set fire to several straws in one location pharah discovers a knife and attempts to unlock the door with it but her efforts are futile she collapsed once more her chest heavy with grief when pharah awoke the next morning to the sound of people chatting she immediately went to the hole and saw some people outside there was a a woman among them and it was evident that she was pregnant because the wife is in serious labor pain her husb
and is attempting to deliver her there after some time the woman gave birth to a son the dad was overjoyed because he had two daughters previously Abu Muhammad was the name of the individual he whispered the call to prayer into the ear of his newborn son pharah kept addressing the man by name as soon as she heard His Name the man was perplexed as to where the noise was coming from he quickly found the location pharah then tells the man everything and pleads for his assistance the man makes many
attempts to smash down the door of pharah's room but then in Israeli automobile pulled up in front of pharah's residence the man fled the house hiding his wife and child but Israeli soldiers apprehended him the Israeli forces then seized the man and went inside the residence the man continually stated that the house was not mine I had entered to get some water a masked man was also present he kept telling the Israeli soldiers this man doesn't belong in this neighborhood and this house doesn't be
long to that man however Commander becomes concerned when he notices some drops of blood there this Blood was spilled during the man's wife's delivery the commander orders a search of the entire residence the commander then began to make his way towards pharah's room pharah held a knife and prepared to fight with it outside the Demonic shouts of Israeli soldiers can be heard they discovered Abu Muhammad's wife a female Soldier searches for her which causes the soldier to realize that the woman h
ad recently given birth to a kid then the soldier began to treat the woman horribly which was painful to witness the woman couldn't take it any longer and spat in his face because it was their country but they were now subjugated meanwhile the soldiers discovered his two daughters Abu Muhammad now knelt at the Commander's feet pleading for his family's life the masked man also questions the commander asking why he is doing this to these innocent people but the commander pays no attention to anyo
ne the family was lined up and the soldiers were instructed to kill them the whole area was shaken by the sound of gunfire and some innocent people and children were killed everything is silent the masked man who arrives at farha's door is none other than farha's father he simply called his daughter pharah and left before leaving the commander ordered his soldiers to shoot the newborn baby as well however he maintains that there is no need to waste a single bullet on these Palestinians instead k
icked the kid to death the soldier also tries but his leg gets stuck the soldier also is a man no matter how Yehuda he is If the child is left alone he will die so he drapes her handkerchief over the baby's face slowly suffocating it to death it is not an narrative it occurred to you and fact the infant was only born for a few hours the toddler shouted all over the place tell me whichever Faith you follow what was wrong with these youngsters then pharah was going insane within the child's self-s
creaming room she was determined to leave the room at any cost she wishes to visit the child and makes numerous attempts but all of her efforts are futile the child's crying gradually Ended as well pharah is resting close to the door listening to the baby little Muhammad was the name she gave to the infant the next morning Farah is awake and she discovers a pistol she takes a lot of confidence in her head as she inserts the rounds into those weapons she has to escape out of this room pharah clos
es her eyes and shoots through the door the sun shining on her face the previously closed door in front of her has abruptly opened pharah moved gently out of there she takes some water from water container beside her in silence and then he stares at the youngster then came the movie's worst sequence which nearly silenced me the child has died flies are flying over the small man's corpse and ants have already begun eating it such a youngster arrived in the same world in which we now live and such
was his departure no one in the community is alive when pharah appears where people were living blissfully even two days ago there is now only the stench of corpses farha quietly observes as she rocks back and forth in her favorite rocking chair the admission application for that school was pulled out of her pocket and launched into the air farha got to their feet and moved carefully away leaving the empty cradle and their lovely Village intact pharah is making her way into the unknown and the
real girl's name was Radia and she walked from here to the Syrian refugee camp and told her story there Radia sought for her father for as long as she could remember but she never found him thousands of similar Radia stories are still being penned in Palestinian streets Just Close Your Eyes for a moment and pray for these individuals besides we don't have anything else to do so I won't ask you how you like the movie because you haven't heard any stories today however you must leave a remark and

@Dr-Marsha312

This movie leaves a mark on my heart, i can never forget this movie, how inhuman and cruel a man can become, when he gets power ... In just a matter of few days a happy village turned into rubble, so many families and bloodline finished, so many people got killed and others got psychological impact in their minds which will live in them forever

@renu839

Before Israel started bombing hospitals and refugee centres, I did not know much about Palestine and my sympathy was always with the Jews because they have suffered holocaust.. but as the days are passing and I can see true face of Israel and the harsh reality of Palestinian’s lives I do not think I can ever see Israel in positive light. And the shameless support of west for Israel is pathetic. My heart cries when I see photos and videos of what is going on in Gaza and I hate myself for the helplessness to be not able to stop this inhuman massacre in Gaza.

@PalPe-rm5iy

Felt like this was 2nd hand traumatising and extremely disturbing to even watch. Can't imagine how Palestinians are being forced to live through such suffering everyday. Palestinians are truly God's most beloved people: patient and firm in faith despite ongoing daily difficulties and trauma. Free Palestine 🇯🇴🇯🇴🇯🇴❤❤❤🇯🇴🇯🇴🇯🇴

@mjmsupreme3438

I'm Pakistani and we've heard stories of Palestinian resilience ever since I was a kid, my maternal side of the family is from Jammu Kashmir who migrated during partition from India and are now settled mainly in Azad Kashmir and parts of northern (Western) Punjab. They've felt the pain of Palestinians not only because of the human and Muslim connection but also because Kashmir's senario is very similar to that of Palestine to this day and stories of Palestinian resistance give Kashmiris the vigour and inspiration to keep fighting for their birthright, to live, worship Allah and practice their customs freely and refuse being opressed .. this movie is an ode to the strength of Palestinians, Kashmiris and every other nation that's ever been oppressed and the story tore my heart into a million pieces.

@nihaaaaaa3181

We can cry by seeing this movie... But we can't do anything for d children who still dying... There's not any faith more than humanity...

@ghazalanasir3678

May Allah protect all the Palestinian people

@muditjain8784

Stories like this should become mainstream like Diary of Anne Frank. Palestinian stories need to be told and heard outside Palestine

@savingday

I have memories of my grandfather sitting in front of the TV crying on the news of Palestine

@SyedaRubabFatimaAdvocate

So much untold stories. So much pain have been buried in every Palestinian.

@miguelbahia4203

In Brazil this movie is not available on Netflix, but I could find it changing the country configuration on my google account. Other thing that surprised me were the few options of subtitles: only english and arabian. It is pity cause the stories about the Nakba must be known worlwide. Thanks for sharing👏👏

@ferzanakhan5503

I feel so inadequate because I am not able to physically be there to help. Much love and prayers for my brothers and sisters 👯‍♀️ the world loves you all

@bubleman69

May Allah protect all the Palestinian people 😢😢

@farhatruksana6837

@mixie.-.

I’m 16 in high school, and I want to study to become a screenwriter when I’m older. Right now, I’m working on a story currently independently meant to highlight how the Israeli justice system treats Palestinians and how the Israeli Defense Forces in general is built on a lot of hate towards them. It’s important to know the truth and spread it, and I think movies with good stories can really do that.

@albysaifiti8018

I'm sorry 😢 I just couldn't bring myself to watch this after reading the comments first 😢 I've seen enough sadness and atrocities committed by the Israeli government and the IDF😢over the last two months 😢... free Palestine 🙏 Live and let live...

@soccermom7776

How disturbing to watch and not even in the position to imagine what these innocent people are going through everyday for so many decades 💔💔💔💔

@sumantsinha59

The story is touching the soul !! Most unfortunate part is that such stories are being repeated in all the continents! for hundreds of years...!! That also on the name of region, religion, race etc. And WILL be REPEATED in coming years/ times also.....!! women, children and last but not the least... good men too...will be treated like this....... Because Human Greeds/ lust/ cunningness has No limits and end...

@faiziakhamer3719

Yes the real stories of naqba should post so that the other side of atrocities n inhuman baarbaric behaviour of Israel should come infront of world Wa Allah ul musta'aan Good job brother u have make a real story My heart sinks deeply

@erikalulea3608

Its a heavy movie still do not come close to the cruelness of the Nakba all together. The scene with baby crying I actually had to turn off the sound because it was to hard to hear. But this is a movie you HAVE TO SEE , if you want to UNDERSTAND what is happening. And why the root cause is the occupation of a land that was not empty but actually had a population on it. And to also understand why the people in Gaza do not want to leave as they know that means another Nakba in the aspect of no right of return.
