welcome back to great day Washington from Disney comes a thrilling and vibrant live-action adaptation of the animated classic Aladdin at Aladdin features an all-star cast including Will Smith as the larger-than-life genie and if you missed it was in theaters this summer good news for you it's already coming out on blu-ray our friend in Columbia Columbia Maryland native we love him Kevin Frazier he is more than us I'm Kevin Frazier Will Smith took us on a magic carpet ride as the iconic genie and
this year's the lad and remake and now the home release is chock-full of onset secrets that man made its name it's a big snake it's a scary snake now it's a snake snake and it's gone who's got wild-eyed lives and check out the slips trips and falling props it's not just bloopers Will's got jokes jabbing his co-star you know I just leaned over Tom I whispered in his ear saying man look you messed his next one up whenever another dude in here they love just like you to ten minutes and then he got
it right more Aladdin secrets here's how they made friend like me this movie was probably the most difficult aspect of it to transitioning from animation to live-action and trying to get that look and Johnny check it out first will does the voiceover then exit out wearing a CGI bodysuit in front of a blue screen graphic artists do their magic and that's the dazzling finished product we just finished up friends like me [Music] for Entertainment Tonight I'm Kevin Frazier that was so cool that was
cool how you do that I was like we're gonna watch Aladdin but I want to watch the back behind the scenes stuff that is amazing it's fascinating how they do it and I watch it and you kind of forget like this is CGI that you didn't actually like Crowley's muscles or put this muscle right on right it's part of it it's funny because you grew up with the animated version where it's just all the cartoons so then you do have to wrap your mind around okay how we're gonna do this live-action but there's
so many mystical magical parts to it that we've got to show that as well that was so cool of course bloopers are always great to Jesse so James Corden does these things in the crosswalk musicals and so he did Aladdin and so when he does these goes out into a crosswalk he sings and then when the light turns green they all run off okay hilarious he looks great oh my gosh so much fun so I'm glad it's coming out so now you and the whole family can watch it and of course you can watch our friend Kev
in Frazier every night week night at 7:30 right here wusa9
