राहुल गांधी ने कांग्रेस की भारत जोड़ी यात्रा के 13वें दिन को हरी झंडी दिखाई; 225 किमी अब तक कवर किया गया भारत जोड़ी यात्रा: कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी और उनके यात्री पदयात्रा के सुबह चरण के दौरान अलाप्पुझा जिले के चेरथला से कुथियाथोडु तक 15 किमी चलेंगे। कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता राहुल गांधी ने मंगलवार को अपनी भारत जोड़ी यात्रा के 13वें दिन की शुरुआत यहां चेरथला से हजारों पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ की। यात्रा की शुरुआत सेंट माइकल कॉलेज में रामबूटन का पौधा रोपने से हुई। इसका आयोजन केरल प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी की पर्यावरण शाखा शस्त्रवेदी ने किया था। यात्रा का सुबह का चरण लगभग 14 किमी की दूरी तय करेगा और केरल के कुथियाथोडु में समाप्त होगा। संचार के प्रभारी एआईसीसी महासचिव जयराम रमेश के अनुसार, यात्रा ने 12 दिनों में 255 किमी की दूरी तय की है। रमेश ने ट्वीट किया, "आज भारत यात्री पदयात्रा के सुबह के सत्र के दौरान चेरथला से अलाप्पुझा जिले के कुठियाथोडु तक 15 किमी पैदल चलेंगे। शिविर आज रात कोच्चि जिले में है।" कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता के मुरलीधरन, पवन खेड़ा, केरल विधानसभा में विपक्ष के नेता वी डी सतीसन और शनिमोल उस्मान सहित अन्य लोग सुबह गांधी के साथ चले। पुरुषों, महिलाओं और बच्चों को गांधी की एक झलक पाने के लिए एक राजमार्ग के किनारे इंतजार करते देखा गया, जिसका एक पक्ष अनुयायियों और समर्थकों से भरा हुआ था, जो लोगों से मिलने के लिए समय-समय पर रुकते थे। कांग्रेस की भारत जोड़ी यात्रा 150 दिनों में 3,570 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय करेगी। यह 7 सितंबर को तमिलनाडु के कन्याकुमारी से शुरू हुआ और जम्मू-कश्मीर में समाप्त होगा। 10 सितंबर की शाम को केरल में प्रवेश करने वाली यह यात्रा राज्य में 450 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय करेगी और 1 अक्टूबर को कर्नाटक में प्रवेश करने से पहले 19 दिनों की अवधि में सात जिलों को छूएगी। Rahul Gandhi flags off 13th day of Congress' Bharat Jodo Yatra; 225 km covered so far Bharat Jodo Yatra: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his yatris will walk 15 km from Cherthala to Kuthiyathodu in the Alappuzha district during the morning leg of the padayatra.
