icials fear why spread violence because of that that it could break out at any time because we saw those migrants push through yeah Nick you're exactly right there watching that video there there's been that escalation with those individuals trying to cross illegally into the US and of course Texas Military as you saw them standing there shoulder toosh shoulder trying to block hundreds of people but now this is prompting a response from law enforcement who are concerned for their safety here the

y're sounding the alarm on just that their safety an internal memo between Texas DPS and border patrol that we obtained here at news nation states quote this situation now carries officer safety concerns as migrants have become more aggressive towards law enforcement as they attempt to circumvent the Border barriers and entered the US according to law enforcement officers at the scene now this of course all comes after that incident at the Border in Al Paso Nick was alluding to this right there

where we saw several adult males tearing down razor wire that was set up under operation Lone Star by the state of Texas those individuals just rushing right past Texas National Guardsmen they proceeded towards a section of that border wall but they were obstructed from advancing any further now in the aftermath of that video what we've learned here is that nine migrants are now being charged here by Texas authorities for their involvement in that scene that we saw play out there charges includi

ng inciting a riot and also assault on National Guard members now Junior aesto Benitez he's a Honduran National he faced is a third degree felony for assaulting a public servant frustration among some migrants reportedly escalated when they were being sent back to Mexico which is kind of what caused that Surge and that Rush all migrants were taken into border patrol custody and Texas authorities they're currently going through that footage they're looking through what they can to determine if th

ere are additional charges that need to be filed against other migrants now all of this is happening as Texas and of course the federal government are continuing to go back and forth over Senate Bill 4 that would allow local law enforcement to arrest people for coming into the country illegally now on Tuesday hundreds of Texas National Guard soldiers specifically trained for Border operations they were deployed to El Paso so uh Governor Greg Abbott sending this out approximately 200 members of t
