suggest Maestro Bradley Cooper directs it Carrie Mulligan is brilliant in it it's the true story Leonard Bernstein and his wife the love story and a lot of other things that take place with one of America's greatest composers subject matter nothing I would ever go see I'm a simpleton I want a Star Wars movie or maybe throw me a Spider-Man however having seen this it is one of the best movies this Century I guarantee it you got to watch it I caught up Bradley Cooper and Carrie the day after I sa
w it with them on the largest screen in North America the newly opened academy uh Motion Picture Academy screen and he pretty much introduced every Department everybody involved with the film take a look uh being on stage calling up almost every major department head as well as almost every cast member just enjoying it with everyone yeah that was wonderful it turned into like uh like a World Wrestling Federation I don't know what start I I love that I mean you may as well have had pyrot Technics
as Spielberg walked out it was exciting also somebody Kazu hero and you exactly well you were a great you were a great MC of the evening Carrie for you and I mean no insult because you've done some extraordinary things but like this is absolutely Next Level what was it like to portray this very real person so much so that in at least one scene you're actually wearing her clothing or or a real painting that she's done is hanging over your shoulder maybe behind that A reproduction that you've don
e what was this like uh I mean the most extraordinary experience from start to finish from 2018 you know when Bradley asked me to to do it you know I've just it was you know the most incredible writing um the most incredible Love Story uh I just I loved it the whole experience has been just you know unlike anything else that has felt like unlike anything else to me just because it was just the gift of of this job and to get to work with Bradley so brilliant nominated for everything going to win
nothing but you should still see it at home so smart so beautiful and Now for Something Completely Different not smart not beautiful at all it's The Beekeeper you need to see this on a big screen and it is enjoyable but it's enjoyable if you like really kind of dumb down vengeful movies uh only instead of Liam niss opening up a can of it uh you've got that guy doing it and the bad guy in this movie ironically Josh Hutchinson who was the good guy in All The Hunger Games movies we talked about the
flip got what a great new role for you thanks yeah it's it's a wild one Derek is uh he's out of control he needs to be stopped and uh it was really fun to do the work and and bring him to life and this guy is just drug fueled egomaniac just on an absolute Terr and as the movie progresses you just see the world closing in and him spiraling deeper into his uh his Madness character is such a jerk Josh is such a nice guy but his character is such a jerk I had trouble discovering you know for I had
to go no that's just his character that's not him he's a good guy back to Maestro I don't know if it's going to win anything but my goodness is it a great movie there's a scene where this couple's in a fight it's one shot just one shot roll on the entire time of this fight during the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade so you see Snoopy passing in the background while everything's melting down one of Cinema's greatest moments I guarantee you wow okay that's taken into a lot of movies that you've seen
