I thought you only had to to that to small dogs, It must be painful when you squeeze it. How often would it need to be done? Poor little darling is shaking so much, is he given anything for pain

I need to do this at home because i don't have $100. My 3lbs Chihuahua has a tiny but so i can't see where to put that thing. I think she needs it lanced I don't know if I have the stomach for that. I don't have anything to numb her with.
