The conspiracy is true because in the episode that Frankini makes his first appearance in, Goomer said “I used to hang out with Frankini’s sister but that’s a long story” And Goomer was a recurring character on the iCarly/Victorious spin-off Sam & Cat
I’m pretty sure he’s her brother because he worked with Goomer on Henry Danger and Goomer mentioned something like that he used to hang out with Frankini’s sister a long time ago which would’ve been on Sam and Cat

Well, In Henry danger goomer ( who cat was friends with in Sam and cat) said “ I used to be friends with his sister” or something like that and goomer was working with frankini so, they most definitely are siblings. Plus, if her brother is really weird, it makes sense why he’s a super villain in Henry danger

.... frankini is literally canonically Cat's brother. Because Boomer who is renamed to be his henchmen literally says "i used to hang out with his sister" to which frankini nods. And yes. His actor being her real life brother is intentional. Not a theory. Literally just canon
