Adjust level up or down Backgroud Sound volume when When Media is Playing on iPhone, iPad, and iPad. Keep Slow sound while you play on Speaker or to AirPods or Homepod.

Open the Settings app on iPhone and scroll to the Accessibility option.
Now, Scroll and Tap on the Audio-Visual option. Find the Backgroud Sounds option.
Here's an Option for when Media is Playing toggle. Turn off if you don't want to play Backgroud sounds when Media is playing.
If you need to change the level of background sound during music or Video is playing then use the Volume level slider and adjust it.
Do a text with the Play sample option and enjoy your music if you keep turning on.
Also, we can adjust the Volume level anytime, Open the control center, and hear I added a hearing shortcut, Tap on it and See the Volume level slider. use it to decrease the level.
