today it's about a former district of Dortmund or what a ship man friends little tip ne around for beer that stays love at the pier the Warburg yesterday too much ship or city pond welcome to the normplattenscheune my name is konterkontabi admiral blockstar and of course we don't speak today about an old district of Dortmund, which I think is a municipality today, no, but we are not talking about a Prussian American, although that would be a cool story, but we are talking about a ship that bears
its name, of course, from cobi, we are talking about set 4818, the legendary Scharnhorst 2472 great funny stones that would have been from 2020 and 2021 I got this from someone great in your midst from the community for my birthday Thank you for that and finally we are building this great ship why are we building that yes I told you that is the second big ship only here on my channel the first german one and if you maybe remember one of my hall videos you will find up there on the i there i tol
d you about the community project of the z20 a german destroyer scale 1 to 300 yes and the scharnhorst and the destroyer have a common history and of course we work our way from top to bottom that's why we were today the Scharnhorst here will be a video to follow if you want to know more about this setting just join my discord you can find it below in the video description but we'll talk today not about the destroyer not about the discord but about the Scharnhorst that's why come with me here on
my gray drying rack then we'll take a closer look at the contents of the box from the Kobe Historical Collection from 2020 shipped directly here to my construction table from the world Was 2 Edition the battleship Scharnhorst on a scale of 1 to 300 the set 4818 2472 stones and there she is fresh in the North Sea many prints I'm really looking forward to it my first big German over water combat ship I really feel like friends come with me now on the trip but first the journey goes to the back, l
et's take a look now, the bags are jerking, there we have the beautiful Scharnhorst, we can see that we have the screws here, we can move the rudders, the whole ship is 80 cm long and 23.5 cm at the bottom we can of course move the towers with the guns, we have a lot of prints here, we can already see them here on the lifeboats and of course on the plaque and of course he will also get some facts from me during this video at Speed Bild, of course everything in the EU that's why we now really w
ant to know what's in the box friends and let's take a look at that now hui friends quite a lot we have eight bags here that I have to place on the construction table full of great Kobe stones mainly black gray beige and red we have here three eight times 16er plates in this cube yes I'll call it light blues gray and we almost slipped out of the picture here three large DIN A4 instructions clip bound of course still the old Kobi design that would have been from September and exactly closed be wh
ere the packed on 4 September 2020 of course everything is already printed I told you the instructions are bound in clips DIN A4 the whole set is from 10 years and there she is our Scharnhorst we have three instructions I told you Historik Collection we build how follows with the first instructions bag individually bag 2 where do we have you since we have here an important legend for the slopes and for the lengths of poles very important what angle do the slopes have we build as follows we tear
open the first bag as shown here and then we start building Kobi has no page numbers, just building steps and these building grouping bags that we build are first colored and at the next step the first one is grayed out again and the current one is colored and so we continue arrow-pointing the way as said pay attention to this legend at the beginning because of the different matches and slops and we sometimes have help here so that we know how long such a flat tile should become a flat part and
of course we're done when we're, I think, 6 7 8 hours behind us have with the guide 3 and on the instructions 3 it's then the last Baus Depp probably the stand right here it's then the 477 does the ship look right but we can fast forward a bit here four six a lot there we see them with the cannons then on the last page or last pages always part overview if you are missing a part you could complain about it right here below and it's always nice especially with such older sets I like the advertisi
ng I have already built some friends you will find everything at the top of my cobi playlist here too we'll see where World of Tanks I really waited a little bit oh the video was nice I drank in it friends just look at the top of the i there is the playlist for my Kobe set but we are still much more important stay here in the North Sea we want to build the Scharnhorst look forward to the facts I look forward to Klemm friends have fun speed bildzeit is facts time and of course today we are talkin
g about the battleship schadhorst the German battleship scharnhorst was one of the most famous ships of the second world war it became named after the Prussian General Gerhard von Schaden and became known during the war for its speed and firepower the Scharnhorst was built in 1935 under the terms of the Treaty of Versailles imposed on Germany after the First World War construction began that same year and that Ship was launched in January 1939. It was 227.6 meters long and 30 meters wide and cou
ld reach a top speed of 31 knots. The Scharnhorst was armed with new 28 cm guns integrated in three triples it also had 12 15 cm guns 10.5 cm guns and numerous flak and torpedo tubes the ship had a crew of over 1900 men the charnhorst took part in several important operations in the second world war in September 1939 it was used together with the battleship Gneisenau to hunt down Allied merchant ships in the Norderlantik skillfully the two ships sank several ships before they had to retreat afte
r being hit by a British U-boat in February 1942 the Scharnhorst took part in Operation servus, part of a successful breakthrough attempt by the German warships through the English Channel, crossing under cover by dive bombers and Schnellbote in a night attack the English Channel and reached their home base in Germany the Scharnhorst was badly damaged during the operation and had to be repaired for several months in December 1943 the Scharnhorst was sunk in the naval battle at the North Cape the
Scharnhorst had attempted an Allied convoy when spotted and attacked by British Force One the Scharnhorst was hit by several torpedoes from heavy Athens shells and say with her entire crew only 36 crew members survived the sinking ship and were later rescued the sinking of the Scharnhorst was a significant victory for the Allies and a major blow to the German Navy, Force One made a famous speech after the battle in which he praised the performance of his crew and described the end of the Scharn
horst as one of the greatest naval battles of all time. Here is an excerpt of his speech is sunk this glorious ship which has for so long been a threat to the Allied trade routes and navy is now final I would like to commend the courage and determination of my crew in accomplishing this great feat the Scharnhorst was a ship not only for its size and firepower posed a threat but also because of the skill of its crew the men aboard the Scharnhorst were highly trained and highly motivated and defea
ting them was no easy feat the Battle of the North Cape was one of the greatest naval battles of all time it was a battle between two highly armored ships who competed in a harsh and hostile environment the silvers were rough and the weather was bad but our men did not give in. They fought bravely and resolutely and the result is now obviously i also want to recognize the bravery of the crew of the Scharnhorst these men fought bravely and died in a heroic battle it is important to remember that
they were also soldiers fighting for their country we should respect their bravery and remember that we still differ in our views and beliefs all people are the sinking of the Scharnhorst was a significant victory for the Allies and a major blow to the German Navy it was a turning point in the war and a testament to Allied superiority at sea but it was also a moment of mourning and commemoration for those who lost their lives in this conflict. Excerpts from Sir Bruce Fraser's speech. The followi
ng saying by Sir Bruce Fraser is also handed down was made Baron of the North Cape this title of nobility was created especially for him and expired with his death he said, among other things, after the sex with the Scharnhorst to his people the following sentence my lady the battle against the Scharnhorst ended victoriously for us I hope that every one of you who should ever find yourself in the situation of having to lead a ship into battle against opponents that are many times superior will l
ead your ship with the same hero courage with which the Scharnhorst was led today, yes friends, you get a bit of goosebumps but I have to say that I also mastered the battle against how many gray, black and red stones here and friends, so let's get away from these sad, terrible war stories to my own story about my actual review of the Tobi schamaus after eight hours of construction, our Kobi z4818 the Scharnhorst in the Scale 1 to 300 here on the construction table, what I particularly like is t
his printed nameplate, which says the service time from 1939 to the year of sinking 1943, we probably also have the paintwork from September 1943, which is reflected with a light bow and light rear and down here in the middle is a gray paint job that's probably a bit darker but that should actually be this paint job I don't really have much to complain about with this set so a very brief review will probably look like two things I didn't like at all I would are a big fan of nubs I don't find thi
s catapult here with just one fiver plate good they are too boring for me maybe the nubs are supposed to imply there is something else on it the set was also the first limited edition you can say so Scharnhorst doesn't have that, but the Scharnhorst itself with a lasered type of sign, which I also don't like at all, is the limpness here of the cranes, they will fall down automatically at some point or we will cranes left and right one sometime says gravity isn't and then it falls down and then w
e have here on the 15 cm ship cannon C28 these are these here and these here on the respective port and starboard side always one with an anti-aircraft gun on it and one with a hole I'll give it a quick look that's the one here Tower control you can also see how long I've been there the cream there we have a hole in which this axle pin comes in and it just looks stupid there we have it closed there we have it open so I'll have a bit of mocking with my stone buddy the election at my place at the
disco got me stones and I actually just ironing beads and I put a round table like that on top of it then it looks like there and I can't see this hole anymore what I think is good is that we really have the armament 1 :1 deposited we have 9 times the 28 cm ship cannon c34 we have 12 times the 15 cm guns here namely two four and there and there and on the back also again so each side 6 we have 14 times the ten fives that is this one here and then we also have the anti-aircraft guns and a little
bit with the anti-aircraft guns it is an issue there doesn't have to be 29 by 2 cm anti-aircraft guns and 16 by 3 cm guns that is sometimes open to question but roughly we see that and what we also have we have two times three torpedo tubes we have here on both sides I like that we have prints we have a red side here and on the other side a green side and we have printed the lifeboat here and we have printed the command tower here on the front and on the back you can already see the flag of the
Kriegsmarine or the indicated Reichskriegsflagge as well as here the coat of arms of the damage it is my second capital ship I have already built the hat Video can be found up there on the hat was of course very colorful here it was of course an older heart 2020 I told you and was a different construction so similar that we built the side modules but of course nothing was colorful inside inside I really built the set in eight hours I really had no problems it's just fun these weird construction
techniques Ships with these many many rounds of slubs here on the rum these big ones I just like that you can see here and also in which different types of slubs we typically take staggered cubic designs and then we have half a one here and then these big ones and then the really big ones i like that really well with that you get a reasonably round hull despite country stones i turn the ship once just once quite once shows you here from the front because i like this breakwater here too the round
Knubbel and i turn now firstly because we can also see the green side so that I didn't lie to you that we also have the green paint here and here too the printed ones on boats or life rafts just made it weird with the brother here just this typical flap in one in but the propulsion is always a little with the weird well I don't always really like it here as I said now my first German capital ship you can see a nub but I'm a friend per se who likes that kind of thing and we're improving is a a l
ittle bit slowly there is now just one more ship here on the canal that will follow soon, first of all, a mock story I have already teased you before and even more mops, but then we will also build the other warships, they are here with me still mothballed in the shipyard, such as the Yamato in the Limited, we still have the Limited World of Tanks Zeppelin, we still have the Enterprise, the very old tierpads and and and so friends here will still be one or the other ship with me on the channel I
hope you liked the facts up to here that I told you earlier during the construction and you could taste a bit during the construction why these ships are just so much fun buy them take a quick look at the tree take a little break maybe listen to what I'm telling you again with you but take a break and really look at the steps or look at the building instructions these ships are just fun it's top notch what you can do with clamping blocks of course KODi has it here his own but that's your right
and so just try a great product does n't deliver any large molded parts except maybe the protected this clamps the guns of the barrels in here is no fun at all but with the right tool here but blockstar knife everything works good and I didn't hurt myself either very important at the end of course what do we have over just a couple of brick separators and a gun barrel and a secreen there it looks and a few ironing beads in which we also build here and chain links Of course it's not fun at all to
tie chain links, but with such a ship it's part of it and you should also be sure that I would have a bit of a problem here with the last mast, then it doesn't look so good now because it's reflected back there or I have double there I fiddled around a bit there I actually spent most of the time when I was thinking about a single construction step. In my case it was simply because I didn't really check the length of the poles long poles then you have to be careful and at the end simply because
it is the end and because I showed you the front at the front or a book I will now show you the rear again, as I said, I made it a bit simple here and I did it at the Hat and with the U6 90 and everywhere you have to readjust it and you can already see here that the suspension has come off, that actually happens again and again with these ships when you touch them and of course I had to touch them, here it is ours Love looking you took pictures I also got the keyword you will of course get a few
more detailed photos that you can just take a look for yourself and here's the stand it's cool it's slowly becoming standard and some people use this type of Stans it's really cool here I told you at the very beginning with the printed nameplate of the Schamhorst so now I'm going to put it back on it well do what it is a bit that looks like this we put it in the right light my dear friends and now, as always, you get a few detailed photos and then At the end let's look into the eyes again my fr
iends yes friends as in every video I get detailed photos here again so that you can get an impression of the ship from set 4818 the Scharnhorst I will give you the building instructions for the Scharnhorst here in the in Quotation marks link the normal version under the video, but also the building instructions for the 4817 of the Limited Edition and I just said during the review that I don't think the catapult is that nice, of course it's also because the Limited Edition also has a small molde
d aircraft from Kubi there was a German one and also a British one in this Swedish British camouflage and this gray green so two planes with the laser shield so the first I mean what I had made cubic black lasered the limited edition so I’ll link both instructions for you you can still find it at Kubi I'll put you in the video description below then you can really see for yourself which one you like better maybe you also have it at home just give me your feedback and write it down in the comment
s below I have to say I have to think again about how I will present such large ships in the future I don't like the way I do it that much maybe I'll buy a slider or a new turntable or a photo box I don't know I do n't know I I just think it's such a great set to display individually, there needs to be more because these ships, these big ones, deserve it and there won't be any less in the future either. Small heart of Kobi ah, I want to build more ships and B, cobi has the scale 1: 12 o'clock kn
ocked out there the tiger is coming soon and I bet there will also be a Sherman on the day of the invasion in Normandy but that's just my opinion let's see friends these were the detailed pictures and we'll take a look at the end once again leaning in the eyes of the Allied Commodore who sank the Scharnhorst I hope if you jam in the future that you jam as committed and fun as I did here when I clamped the scharnos is fun at all a word doesn't matter friends there it is again our 4818 from cobi a
nd what I still owe you, I said yes, I think this hole on top of it is stupid, so here is the round table with the ironing bead, which was anyway over the hole on top of this, and the tower already looks the same as there or on the other hand I have already made the starboard baking book you can choose yourselves yes I would like to say many many thanks again to the community because without you I would not have this ship as one of the greatest birthday gifts I have ever received whereby this is
every video what I can do for you and where you comment is a gift for me but that's why please write me your opinion about the ship to the community so please write me your opinion below in the comments because that 's my water for such a ship my heavy oil for them Motors in this sense friends always a little hand's breadth of water under the keel I wish you a good trip here too have a nice time Klemm build something nice again your friend and was able to beer Admiral the blockster

Danke an die beste Community des Universuma! Danke Dir Dirk! Aufwiederbauen

@Fuchs_Des_Ersten

P.S. Diese rumeumelnden Kräne störten mich auch. Bzw. alles, was Cobi drehbar über Bügelperle löst.

@blackbalerion

@Hodor2503

@user-xn7xm4yv3m

@ny152Stefan

Mach ruhig einfach genau so weiter. 😇

@christank1794

@HSmarc

@stephanwenger7413

@eisern-grafisch

@Flurb_Xray

Als reines Display-Modelle geben Schiffe schon einiges her, zugegeben.

@bene646

@nicotumminello2269

@kingbenny-1374

Habe kein Discord

@Der-Vett

Servus und guten Abend @BloxxStar ☺️... Das war doch eine Jacke der Konföderierten? 🤔.... 🤔 😜 😂😂😂

@herbertblum

Dein zweites Großschiff von Cobi. Wird ja langsam.Vielleicht holst Du mich noch ein?! Hab bisher 14...

@foxcraft3207

@hanssosig

@ollerfischkopp4784

@Tommy-py7gn
