Sir. Get out! Do your job. It wouldn't be an issue. Okay. I'll leave. Do your goddamn job. Okay. You know what? Leave. I am. You see me leaving? She's still talking to you. Going, buddy? Wait. She can't find me. Come here. Come here. He's an idiot. We don't need that kind of stuff out here, man. Okay, you understand that? 17 over here. If you don't go over there, the game will stop. You gotta. - Pick it up, buddy. - Want to see what it's like being a ref? Hey. What about him? - This is the worst
demonstration in front. - Of kids that I've seen. You're yelling! Ref! The game and show. Such a bad. - This is how unbearable it has become. - Oh, here we go. Get it! Get. Don't need your help. They're up three. Nothing. They're on their own. They don't need that. - They're not really. - He, they just. - It's just the. - One guy too I think. Nice Kyle. Job Kyle. Oh, yeah. I got it, I got it, I got it, I got it. Yes. - Let's just go home. - Gosh. There's nothing. It's all on tape. I don't know.
I don't know, but I really I'm starting to hate soccer. - I mean, what's going on? - This is like Christmas for me. I didn't expect to have a second video in a whole weekend. Oh, here we go. You speak English and speak Spanish? Chinese? Oh my God. Get it? Max, just hit it. It's the sports parents that remain out of control, at times even racist, and ruined the whole experience for everyone. We've gone over the impact it has had on the industry from ClickOrlando.com. Parents spend hundreds and o
ften even thousands a year to put their kids in sports, and often that produces passion that stretches too far with bad treatment of officials. Since 20 1819, there have been 50,000 individuals that have stopped being an official, according to the National Federation of State High School Associations. Before we get into it, if there are any stories we missed, if there are any that you would like to submit, get at me and follow me on Twitter, Instagram TikTok DMs are open. Please, with all of our

Video after video. Time and time again. No matter when, no matter where. Could be the states, could be Canada. Mexico could be abroad. Doesn't have to be in North America. Referees are quitting in mass and or choosing to not return because of this one thing. I truly believe there needs to be strict l
egislation and some states are attempting to pass it. I know Minnesota had something that they were cooking up. This needs to be federally, in my opinion. It has to go state by state, but it should be federally. There needs to be protections for referees and if it is logged like this and recorded and there are complaints made and some of the things that we've seen have been awful parents being mad about a call. So not only do they heckle the referee, not only do they get racial with the referee,
not only do they go on the pitch or the field, or the court, or the rink or what have you to go confront the referee. I have seen parents assault referees by shoving them, spitting on them, pushing them, hitting them, knocking some out cold after a game they don't like what a referee did. They disagreed with a call, so they followed them to their cars. Issue threats. Some have pulled out a firearm. This is a failure in society. No referee because they missed a call or made the right call, and i
t just happened to go against the parent who's incredibly biased because they want their kid to succeed no matter what, should have to deal with these repercussions ever. This is never acceptable. And yet still we just allow it. We're enabling it by not punishing these people. Yes, some who pull out a firearm might get taken to court. Some who are on video assaulting a referee will get taken to court. Are they going to pay for the therapy that that ref has to go through? How about the medical bi
lls? Are they going to pay for it? How about if they suffer PTSD from this because they were assaulted, bloodied, beaten? This is real stuff that's happening. And yet all the referee wants to do is stay connected to the game while making ten bucks, 12 bucks, 15, 20, 25 bucks an hour, maybe even for a game. This is shameful, man. And instead of, you know, having politicians cosplay when they're going to the border, or there is an event that takes place that they need to look like the everyday man
, here's a start. And I think this is something that we can all agree on. Protect the Referees Act. I don't know, maybe I should run for Congress as.

@loyceholland6201

Stop asking what’s wrong with the youth of today and start asking what’s wrong with parents these days?

@DeMs4u24

Referees should hand over their helmet and chest protector to a crazy parent and let them finish out the game.

@skyirwin1445

This is our country. We teach our kids the wrong behavior, ethics, morality, etc. I experienced it myself in high school. My team was the visiting team to an out-of-town location we've never been before. The bus driver got lost. Pretty sure we showed up no more than maybe five or ten minutes late. They let us play anyways, which was fair. Unfortunately, for them, we won the game. Some childish, entitled mother of an athlete of the home team complained to the ref. Refused to back down. The ref caved in and forced us, the visiting team, to forfeit. Giving them a cheap win.

@TheBlazersfan22

What ever happened to parents getting drunk and fighting in the stands? Now they are focused on the refs. I thought this was america.

@seanlott4062

Mr Miyagi said it best "No bad student only bad teacher." These parents are teaching their kids

@littlewingmyoho

We are losing referees ....grow up parents 😞

@ECG3485

Crazy parents at youth sports events...they get worse every time🤦‍♂️

@ladymorrigan5950

So fkng embarrassing for their kid(s). What is going through their mind when they decide that this is acceptable behavior?! 😢

@KingDuumb

Boot him out and the team his child plays on forfeits.

@clarencerobinson5697

Later on when that kid acts out ....that same parent will be like" can you believe this generation?"😒

@yellowblanka6058

This is what happens when you peak/peter out in high school and try to live your faded dreams of glory through your children.

@mikethomas5992

Great take…. I don’t coach AAU anymore because of the parents….. berating the referees berating other kids on the opposite team. These parents have no shame trying to get their little Johnny to be noticed.

@ekrenz5268

Adults acting like children, children acting like adults

@russshaber8071

It wasn't like this when I was a kid. This is what the MAGA has done to our country.

@unitedwestand5205

in my lifetime? ive seen 3 different childrens sports riots, i mean fan on fan violence, parents vs parents, 2 at childrens baseball games, 1 at a teens hockey game, the kids got more damn sense than the parents these days

@bhambhole

Can't have nice things

@ninapop821

"Its all on tape" Ma'am... You have grass on tape. 🙄🤣

@russellblair490

When my son played club soccer there was one parent that behaved so badly that he was forced to stand all by himself 30 yards downfield from the other parents. This rule was enforced by the other parents.

@EpicTheVerb

Been there done that. Not going back. Worked as a soccer ref up through mostly UIL highschool, with a few college games. This behavior is way to common.

@chrisjamesbrian

It’s always a crazy right wing Chad losing his effing mind. Like 100% of the time.
