Hello friends, welcome back so, over the weekend, I  caught not one but two movies Aadujeevitham, aka the Goat Life and Crew and let me tell you they couldn't be more different if they tried these movies took me on a ride of emotions blending cinematic brilliance  with pure entertainment and, honestly it made my weekend feel complete on the one hand, Aadujeevitham blew me away with its gripping narrative and  Prithviraj's stellar performance leaving me totally floored on the flip side, Crew  bro
ught a breath of fresh air with its innovative approach blending elements of nostalgia with a modern twist in this video, we will talk about Crew in detail and if you're interested, you can watch the review  of Aadujeevitham from here or from the link in the description let's get started now one piece of music for sure that will buzz in your ears after  you leave the theater will be and if you are a '90s fan like me you will go back and listen to  the original song from Khalnayak a few years bac
k Kingfisher  Airlines made headlines for withholding their  employees salaries for months due to bankruptcy this unfortunate situation culminated in the owner Vijay Mallya fleeing the  country to escape legal scrutiny fast forward to today the movie Crew, starring Tabu,  Kareena Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon seeks to address this partially written  chapter in Indian aviation history and provide a somewhat twisted  yet deeply satisfying resolution so even though the movie  doesn't put the disclaimer i
nspired by true events it will quickly become very  evident that this very real event unapologetically inspires it Kohinoor Airlines is Kingfisher Airlines Vijay Walia is Vijay Mallya and the plight of the airline staff is consistent both in real and real life Saswata Chatterjee who you might remember from namaskar ek minute plays the role of Vijay Walia the corrupt chairman of Kohinoor Airlines who is robbing the airline to fill his own pockets how gold three co-workers, Tabu as Geeta Sethi Kar
eena Kapoor as Jasmine and Kriti Sanan as Divya Rana from Haryana are the air hoses of the debt-ridden  airline Kohinoor Airlines for months,z they continue  doing their job half-heartedly facing personal problems only to be suddenly caught in the middle of a smuggling operation you might find a shade or two from Money Heist let me know in the comments if you spot one the Crew trio who are fighting for their survival seek desperate measures to put  their life back piece by piece and in turn, run
into tight corners and the rest is for you to see the first half of the film focuses entirely on setting up a gripping cold opening where our leading trio finds  themselves detained by custom officers due to their suspected involvement  in a gold smuggling case while some segments of the  first half are a bit slow the second half of the film kicks into high gear delivering not only an engaging narrative but also a noticeable uptick in pacing keeping viewers on the edge of their seats Rajesh Kri
shan, the director of the film does a very good job of telling  a story with comedy and emotion and most importantly, without wasting time the biggest selling point of the movie is its novel take on the subject and how each of the characters's backstories eventually, blend with the narrative to bring closure to the story the movie is not Kareena, Tabu,  and Kriti's best performance but together they form a formidable  trio with their friendship and help essay the story with ease t hey are feisty
, fearless and most importantly, fun Tabu's portrayal of Geeta the seasoned member of the  cabin crew was truly captivating with nuanced mannerisms reflecting  her dedication to her craft while Kareena's acting was solid, her character lacked the complexity that the other two leads brought to the table throughout the film, she often  appears as an out-of-the-box thinker with a bit more substance  than your typical eyecandy on the other hand, Kriti  delivered a standout performance portraying a y
oung woman torn  between her familiar responsibilities and the promise she made to herself despite the challenging circumstances she faced Saswata Chatterjee's screen presence is limited and Rajesh Sharma adds to  the lighter comedy moments Cameo performances from Kapil  Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh blend with the storyline but to be honest, the leading trio steal the show the music, especially the recreated plays in the background  and serves as a perfect BGM to complement the heightened tension i
n the story even the recreated version of is audibly pleasing and and other songs like Naina and Ghagra don't  break the pace of the movie and serve as a medium to take the story forward overall, Crew is a delightful watch just like embarking on a plane journey Crew starts strong but encounters  some turbulence toward the ending this fast-paced comic thriller  keeps the entertainment flowing even if the climax feels a  bit too convenient at times, the story doesn't stray, and there is no scene,
no side  character that goes to waste with a runtime of under 2 hours time will pass by, and it will be refreshing that wraps up our review of Crew we would love to hear your  thoughts in the comments below thanks for watching, please  like, share, and subscribe for more content on the films that shape our world until next time, stay tuned, and keep watching
