Dave Bautista increases reward to find suspect who threw 3 puppies from car

[Music] the Humane Society of Tampa Bay wants to know who tossed three puppies from a car leaving them for dead on a Tampa Street two of them survived but it's only thanks to a neighbor who came to their rescue Fox 13's Kylie Jones spoke to that neighbor who actually found the puppies Kylie what did she tell you well Ally luckily she heard the screeching of the car and then the Yelps coming from those puppies she describes what she calls the heartbreaking scene right outside her door this little

brother and sister are recovering and waiting for a new home but two nights ago they were fighting for their lives if we didn't hear it we probably would not have known that it happened Kyla fison says she and her family were watching TV when they heard a commotion outside all of a sudden we hear like the screeching sound like tires of a car just screeching and then we hear like yelping they ran outside and we're seeing red lights just Scurry away down the street and and we're like okay what's

going on fison says they found three 8-week old puppies dumped near a ditch on a road off be Avenue she says two puppies were off in the brush but one was lying in the road as we get closer we notice that on its abdomen it has a tire mark on it the Humane Society of Tampa Bay says the puppy was hit by a car and killed after all three were tossed out the window his siblings Luke and Leia were skewed across the state and the country shelters are full resources are down shelters are full people unf

ortunately are having a hard time caring for their animals despite offering things like free food and lowcost Medical Care the humane society says they're seeing more and more dogs being dumped a lot of times people either aren't caught or when they are it is a minimal fine or something like that they absolutely need to be held a l lot more accountable the Humane Society is going as far as to offer a reward to help figure out who's responsible in this case and with the help of actor and former W
