It's the story of a middle-class, hard-working man, whose journey began in Kanpur. Like any other middle-class guy, he chooses to attend IIT under parental pressure rather than chasing his passion to become a cricketer. Lingering within him is the remorse of never affording his passion the opportunity it deserved. He idolized Mr. MS Dhoni, who didn't give up and was persistent in achieving his dreams and passion of becoming a cricketer, irrespective of every possible hurdle in life. His decision to portray his love for his idol through his hard work, which is unparalleled. Gaurav then, gets on a maiden mammoth journey of a 2400km bicycle ride from Delhi to Chennai in the extreme weather and heat conditions of the month of May to pay a legendary tribute to MS Dhoni by collecting wishes for him, all across the country.
