Shake it down! Snatch! Welcome Bervan to Team Bathala. Sorry. No, don't apologize. This was the first time I've cried like that. [overlapping chatter] - Team Bathala! - Team Bathala! [cheering] I'm (bleep) done with this. (bleep) you! If you're gonna be a sore loser, you shouldn't have joined this competition. - Congratulations! - Congratulations, Team Bathala! Your team will have to go to the Bakunawa-- Wait. Yes? What is it? Is there an update? Bakunawa is not here today. What?! This day is a
no-elimination day Yes, wooh! which means no one is getting eliminated today. [Tessa] Wooh! Thank you, Jesus! Thank you, Lord! [Chardie] Tessa was very happy. I was not. I feel sorry for the other team. [Marcus] (bleep) No elimination! First challenge, you lost. Second challenge, you lost that too. And third challenge, you lost again. It's 3-0. And they're not going through an elimination round?! I did all of that just so they can break apart because we went through it so they should too. It was
really unfair for us to realize that if this had been the case all along, we could've just not worked so hard to win. I got wounded. I have bruises. I have one on the forehead, too. I had to clean myself up after. We cried two times straight in the Bakunawa Pit. But suddenly when it's their turn to go to the pit, Bakunawa isn't available, like (bleep). It does feel unfair because we lost so many members. [Pam] So I was like, "What are we fighting for here?" "What's going to happen next?" [Bened
ix] Now Hunters, let's go and explore Masungi Georeserve here in Baras, Rizal. And if you guys are interested in visiting Masungi Georeserve, you can check out their website; it's being flashed on your screens right now. [hosts] #SaveMasungi! So let's go! Let's go, guys. Let's tour! I think I saw the best viewing spot over there. [Benedix] Let's go, Hunters! [clapping] [Pam] Wooh! [Sassa] Oh, my God, I'm so excited to see you. So I heard that you guys enjoyed your tour here in Masungi. How was i
t? I would say yes, we did enjoy because we appreciated what Masungi did to conserve the area. And we really believe in its mission for land conservation and reforestation. [Tessa] And I love that it was so easily accessible for us. And you know, of course, we're so tired mentally and everything, but that hike, everything, it was so easy and it's so close by. Yes, that's right! Now, let's start with our last challenge. Yes, as you may all know, Hunters, we are nearing the end of this competition
. And I know that all of you have gotten closer in this competition but just like what Karlito said, here in Diamond Hunt, you can't win as a team because as individuals, you need to fight for the title of the Ultimate Diamond Hunter. And because of that, starting today, there are no more teams! - [Benedix] Yes, that's right! - [Sassa] Yes! [Benedix] Now, you have to forget your friendship. You are fighting against each other. [Pam] Oh, my God. I don't have to take care of people anymore. [Chard
ie] This time around you really have to take accountability. Whatever you will do and whatever your decision will be. This is going to be... the most important challenge yet. What's inside this treasure box is... the vital power of... immunity. That means you won't go to the Bakunawa Pit. Since Team Bathala won in the last challenge, you have an advantage to pick your opponent first. Let's start with you, Pam. Denden. Okay, I'll just choose Chardie again. You really love me, huh? What? - [Chardi
e] I noticed that. - [Marcus] No, it's nothing. Marcus picked me again?! [Chardie] He's getting on my nerves! Why does he keep targeting me?! I'll choose my closest friend here, Beenibinii. - [Sassa] Okay, it's Bea. - [Benedix] Okay, it's Bea. Which means Lennard and Tessa will be the last pair. You must interrogate your opponent to know if there's a diamond inside the box or not. Okay? [Lennard] It's really a game of trust. So here's what you're going to do. You will play rock-paper-scissors fi
rst. (The Hunter who wins in the rock-paper-scissors game) (will have the chance to see what's inside the box.) (The loser must guess whether the diamond is inside the box.) If the guess is correct, they will win the diamond. If not, the diamond will go to your opponent. Clear? Clear. [Sassa] Okay! Alright, Hunters! [Benedix] Eyes on the prize. Because this game is called, Diamond In Your Eyes. [Benedix] Let's go, Denden and Pam. Rock-paper-scissors! [Sassa] Pam, you'll take a look. Denden, you'
ll take a guess. It was more of a bluffing game, a lying game. I know it's one of my weaknesses too because I can't-- I would stammer. I really can't lie at all. And I'm playing against Denden! [Denden] Do you consider me as your true friend? Of course. Have you ever lied to me? No. Even once? Never. The first time we met on Kumu, do you think I'm a bad person? Yes. Why was I a bad person to you? You were a threat to me. But did that conclude that I'm already a bad person just cause I'm a threat
? No. [Pam] We actually had like a cold war between us before on Kumu. But we became really friends during that duration. I never thought that it would backfire. I couldn't really lie. And Denden knows me so much. Do you value our friendship? Of course. More than this game? Yes. Answer me. Is there a diamond in that box? None. I'm going to ask you one last time. Is there a diamond in that box? None. Are you lying to me? No. Are you sure? Yes. Are you going to take the treasure box or not? I'm no
t going to take the box. [Sassa] Pam, please reveal what's inside the box. There's no diamond! So it means, Denden, you win! The diamond is yours. [Denden] It's such a good feeling that even if Pam and I are fighting against each other, our friendship is still there. [Sassa] Bea and Bervan. Okay, is there something inside the box? There's nothing. Why did you take so long to answer? 'Cause there's nothing inside. It's really not easy for me to scam people or even lie. You're still a liar, huh? I
would never lie to you. So are you saying that for the first time that a seaman isn't a cheater? Yes! This is a game. It's not true to life anyway. If you say so, then I'm not taking the box. Because I trust you. Since there's nothing in it. [Benedix] Did you guys decide already? [Bea] I'm not taking the box because I trust him enough to believe that there's nothing inside the box. [Sassa] Okay, Bea, inside the box is... Yes, there is a diamond inside. Okay, because of that, the diamond will go
to Bervan. - Congratulations, Bervan! - Congratulations, Bervan! [Bervan] I thought she was gonna get mad at me again. I'm sorry, Bea. I still had to lie to you. [Benedix] Chardie and Marcus. Is there a diamond inside the box? What do you think? Do you think I'll trick you? But is there a diamond inside the box? Are you a good player? Is there a diamond-- Do you think you deserve to get the diamond? Is there a diamond? Answer me, do you deserve it? Are you or not? Answer me! [Marcus] To be hone
st, I was just saying random things. Just to play around with his mind. Do you deserve it or not? Is there a diamond? Do you deserve-- Answer me first or I won't tell you. [Chardie] I'm supposed to be the one asking! He was shouting at me already. Do you think you deserve it? Yes. Really? Yes. The diamond's inside. Okay. I'm good. My lucky number is seven. So what I did was, "Yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes." Miss Chardie, what is going to be your decision? You're going to take the box or not? I'
ll take it. [Sassa] Okay. Now, Marcus, please reveal what's inside the box. There's nothing! [Sassa] Alright then, that means... [Benedix] Marcus, you get the diamond. - [Sassa] Tessa and Lennard! - [Benedix] Tessa and Lennard! Let's go! [Sassa] Our pair today are polar opposites! My opponent was Tessa, which I expected that our turn would be so much fun. Do you think you deserve to be here? Yes! Do you believe you deserve the immunity? My other teammates need it more. - Would you lie to me? - N
o. - You wouldn't lie to me? - Yeah. So there's a diamond in there? Yes. Are you happy? Yes! Are you hungry? Yes! Do you regret this decision coming here? No. Do you have a girlfriend? No. Are you single? Yes. You like someone on Kumu? Yes. Who do you like? You! [both laughing] I'm getting hot! Is it-- Just kidding! You're not lying? No. So you like me? Yes. So you're gonna take me on a date? We're already on a date. This is a date? Yes. So you're going to give me the diamond? Yes. [Sassa] Enoug
h of that! [Benedix] Enough! [Sassa] Stop it, you two! Sorry, she's just bitter-- You guys are so annoying! [Sassa] Alright! Tessa! What is your decision? There isn't a diamond in there. She's very sure about it, okay! [Benedix] Open the box. In three, two, one. It's for you. I wouldn't lie to Tessa. I know, but-- [Lennard] I never planned to lie to Tessa so. Anyhow, like I said, it's a trust game. And if your opponent doesn't trust you then, the game really tests you. [Lennard] It's either luck
or trust, if you're really against the opponent. [Tessa] My goodness. [Benedix] So it's true that you like her? [Sassa] You're getting on my nerves. [Lennard] Yes! - [Tessa squeals] - [Benedix] Oh! Is that why Dom left? Hey, why did you push-- - [squealing] - Whoa! Oh, my God! There's a proposal-- - Oh, my God. - [Tessa] My God! You think it's that easy?! [Tessa] Let's go, baby! We're going! Let's go! Cut the cameras! Lennard is single. Dom is single. I don't know if they're still single after
this. I don't know, but-- You better snatch them up, ladies! You know, it's such a shame! I'm not always in the Philippines, because if I was, I'd be boo'd up! Now, call me! Are you lying?! No. Alright. That was too much, Sassa. - Okay, okay. - That shook me up. Because that's how they did it! Yeah, you have to really get into their heads. You also have to sweet talk them. Are you lying? No. I like you. Huh? Oh, stop it! Just kidding. [laughs] - Anyway, time for round two. - So that's how you do
it! Enough of this, Ben, please! [Benedix] Denden and Bervan. Lennard and Marcus. Is it in there? Yup, there is. Really? It's inside. Were you happy in our team? Of course. Since day one. Is it true that you're not happy with the other team? Yes. Can I really believe you? Yeah. We were teammates, you know. Of course. - Promise? - [Lennard] Yes. Would you lie to me if I asked you if there's a diamond inside the box? I won't lie to you. You never voted me out in the Bakunawa Pit? Of course not! B
ut you and Dom are closer friends, right? Yes, we are. I feel like you did choose to vote me out. I'll tell you later. Why can't you answer me now? Sorry! Is the diamond inside or not? It's not. Last question. Is the diamond inside or not? It's not. [Denden] I'm really gambling here. So whether he says there's a diamond inside or not, I'll choose to trust them anyway. But can I trust you? Of course, you can. What did you say again? It is inside. Okay, there's nothing inside it then. It's fine. I
won't take the box. He ended up not trusting me. So have you come up with a decision? I'm not going to take the treasure chest. Are you going to take it or not? No, because there's nothing inside it. - Okay. - Okay. [Sassa] Please reveal what's inside the box. [Bervan] Congrats! [Benedix] Alright! I told you it was in here. [Benedix] Alright! [Sassa] Okay! [Lennard] I already got an immunity diamond from the last Bakunawa Pit. So I just wish he trusted me. [Sassa] This is the final round. Take
your positions. Okay, 1-2-3, go! Okay, so Lennard, you'll take a look. You'll take a guess, Denden, okay? [Lennard] Denden and I are close friends. So he knows he could trust me even if we're playing against each other. This is one thing that I cannot do to my friend. The first time we met on Kumu, did you consider me as your friend? Oh, yes, bro! Bro! Can I trust you? Yes. Do you trust me? Yes. [Denden] Lennard's also a good friend of mine. I had the same set of questions. Still the same proces
s. I was just checking if they trust me, because for me, I do trust them. Were you happy that we were on different teams? No, man. I was actually rooting for us. I'm going to ask you again. Is the diamond inside or not? It is. Are you going to risk our friendship for this? Oh, no. In this competition, I saw that Denden sacrificed a lot to get here. How... how he's really emotional. And he really wanted to win this. Is the diamond inside or not? There is a diamond. Last chance. It is inside! Okay
. [Benedix] Alright, Denden and Lennard. [Sassa] You guys are so sweet to each other. But anyway, what is your decision, Denden? I'll take the box. [Sassa] So, Lennard, please show what's inside the box. Oh, my God! Congratulations! Denden, you are the winner in this challenge! That means you got immunity for the next Bakunawa Pit elimination. So the one who's getting immunity is the crybaby. That's why when he got the immunity stone, he started crying again. He cried again. I guess you do need
the immunity advantage 'cause you're too weak for this competition. I went into this competition [sniffles] not just for myself, but for my family on Kumu that I'm representing and my truest Kumu friends. This is proof that the people around me are genuine and believes in my worth. [growls] [Chardie] This is really the biggest challenge knowing that you are ending someone's dream. - [Pam] Yeah. - Right? (bleep) This is all so stupid. I'm ready to go home. I'm well-aware that they're going to vot
e me out. 'Cause they're always like, "Marcus is too strong!" Then, I'll let all of the stupid wimps stay. [Tessa] Now, we are approaching the Bakunawa Pit and I am so freaking scared. I mean, just the emotion that I've seen from everyone coming out of it, it literally looks like they are like, dragged to hell and brought back and, like, beaten down and it's not a good look. [suspenseful music playing] [Sassa] Welcome back, Hunters, to the Bakunawa Pit. And today, you're going to experience the
grand elimination. [Benedix] And that means, not only one, not only two, [gasps] but there will be three Hunters who will go home today. [Sassa] Are you guys excited? [Chardie] No! No? [laughs] Me, I'm excited! - Super! - [Sassa] Oh! [Sassa] Why is that? [Marcus] Since there's going to be three, I already have two people I can go home with. Or maybe they'll all turn against each other. [Pam] (bleep) [Sassa] Looks like all the tea will be spilled tonight! How is your journey so far in Diamond Hun
t? Let's start with you, Tessa. It's really been rewarding. I came here looking for something deeper than you know, not the prize, but looking for something within myself to build that confidence. Bervan. I actually asked for a work leave for this. I'm currently representing all the seamen out there. I've shown them what I'm capable of... how... attractive I really am-- [laughing] [Sassa] We'll cut that out. [Benedix] Thank you, Bervan. [Sassa] Please edit him out. [laughing] Alright, let's go w
ith you, Marcus. I think in my experience here, I just noticed that, mostly all of the Hunters really use their pity story as a tool. But they're just fake about it. Just so they can reach the top. you have to fight to win. [Denden] But I heard this Hunter also cried. - Ooh! - Ooh! [Marcus] I didn't just cry-- - You just admitted it yourself. - That cry was-- You just said it. Hey, I'm not talking to you. But anyway, I came here not just for myself. I came here to represent my family, my family,
my Kumu family, my Dendens Junjuns. They're the ones who kept on pushing me to join this. My Kumu friends, Tessa, Pam, Lennard, Dom. The ones that are not here anymore. I came here knowing that I'm stepping out of my comfort zone because I'm known as the timid, shy boy, the singer of Kumu, the humblest one. And it just sucks that some people you knew that you were friends before, you're even college buddies. That one is a friend for me, but it's already 2023. We should not tolerate bullies anym
ore. [Sassa] There's a lot of tension tonight. What's happening right now? Where are these issues coming from? I know how eager Marcus wants to win, but the way he wants to win is not right, where he gets to bully the other team. I just don't get it. Where is the bullying in what I said? "Oh, it's going to fall! It will fall!" I was talking about the block. I didn't say that to bully the person stacking it. It wasn't like, "You're a loser at this!" "What an idiot!" I just want to say, okay, righ
t from the start of the competition, I've already seen how he wants to play this game dirty. So that's how it is, huh? Whenever you win, you're so friendly but once you've lost, you're gonna be mad and say it's unfair? I saw Marcus not as my enemy but someone that I want to prove because I do look up to him. I mean, look, he has it. The reason we're all shaking is because he can win this on his own. He does not need us, right? And to me, I wanted to prove. "Hey, Marcus, I am worthy to be your op
ponent." And it's all our own perspective on what we are looking for within. And I think, you know, at the end of the day, there is this bigger picture. [Chardie] For me personally, I think this is what's happening because we are down to the last eight and at the end of the day, we're not doing this as a team anymore. We're doing this individually. Is this their strategy to get into someone else's mind and ruin what their plan is? I don't know. Maybe I'm just hearing tea outside of the Diamond H
unt, but I'm not really sure what's happening inside. If you win, how will you use the P300,000 worth of Kumu diamonds? I'm going to use the P300,000 worth of Kumu diamonds to... [breathes deeply] ...buy myself a boyfriend. - [Tessa squeals] - [laughter] Just because. [Lennard] I think it's not just one boyfriend, but boyfriends! I can buy two! No, but seriously, I told myself that I'm not going to cry the entire season. We grew up in a very poor family, but I'm proud to say that I am self-made.
I didn't get any support growing up even from my very own family. So it's like... Do I deserve to win? Yes, of course. I worked so hard for everything in my life. I play the game the cleanest way I can think possible. And I'm going to use my money to... to fulfill my dream. Because for the longest time, I have always been using my money for my loved ones. I think this time, I'll do it for me. I'm going to do it for myself. I'm going to reward myself. I've been working hard. I've been working ha
rd the longest and... I think I deserve... I deserve... to reward myself. [Sassa] And I do agree to that because as gay people we know that we work really, really hard. And sometimes, we tend to forget to take care of ourselves, too. And it's really valid to hear that you're choosing to put yourself first. So thank you for sharing your story. Miss Bea. I'm an OFW and breadwinner so education is so important to me because I didn't finish school. I didn't graduate so I want to give it to my mom wh
o's been sick. Even if I'm not financially secured yet, I want my family to be financially secure. [Sassa] Bervan. Actually, I'm the only one here who's from Mindanao and who's also Bisaya. I'm from the province. We live in a farm. That's why I went here to Manila so I can apply as a seaman. Just so I can support my family. We try our best to make ends meet. And one more thing, I do vlogs about doing charity. I help beggars on the streets or anyone I see who needs help. If I win Diamond Hunt, ev
erything goes to the charities I support. Well-said, Bervan. Thank you for your initiative to help those who are in need. Alright, we move on to the next person, Marcus. I'll give all of the prize to my mommy. Because even if I look like I have a strong personality or I look cocky, but I'm the type who is still a son who has a soft spot for his mother. 'Cause I'm surviving every day for my mom. I'm not going to cry but my mom really deserves all the love in this world that my own father took awa
y from her. [Sassa] And thank you for doing it for your mom. And we know we all love our moms. - And yeah. - [Marcus] Yes. And thank you for being a strong person - for your mom. - Yes. Thank you for sharing your story, Marcus. Thank you, also. And I'm so sorry, everyone. [Benedix] Alright, Pam, your turn. My brother and I grew up with both of our parents working as OFWs, and they were away for 17 years. And we have... a third, our youngest sibling, who is seven. [Pam sniffles] I understand that
they were away 'cause they wanted to financially support our family. But it's hard to live back in Tacloban. But I told myself that my youngest sibling can't grow up without parents. That's why I'm very, very strong... as a sister and for my family. [Sassa] Thank you so much for also being strong and we really saw that in you in this competition. And also yeah, thank you so much for sharing this story. Den. [Denden] Part of the prize, I'll give it to my sister because she's a single mom and par
t of the prize, I'll give it to my dad because he never gave up on raising us three kids. I'm doing this for my family because they're all relying on me now that I'll be successful one day. I'm doing all of this for them. Not just for myself. Okay, so we're going to start voting. You can vote for anyone in this room. Except for Denden because of the immunity. So that means, Denden, you're safe. Let's now start the voting. We're gonna start with you, Lennard. [Lennard] This person is so hard to b
eat. Always have been. [suspenseful music playing] [Chardie] I choose you. You've been such a great competition. [suspenseful music continues] [Bervan] Uh... No comment. [exhales deeply] [suspenseful music continues] I choose this person because I don't think they deserve the prize. [Marcus] I chose this person because I want a worthy opponent. And I know this person's weak. [suspenseful music continues] [Denden] I chose this person because for me, he's becoming too much. [suspenseful music cont
inues] [Pam] This breaks my heart so much, but it's the first time I'm choosing for myself. And at the end of the day, I'm here to hunt the diamond. Please return your diamond inside the chest box. So corny. Just wait and see. I'm not joking around anymore. This is the end of your journey. He's playing it dirty. I am sorry. Pam. There's no other way to excuse this. I'm literally speechless. Good morning, final five Hunters! This is their final Hunt challenge. Who will be the only survivor to win
as... the Ultimate Diamond Hunter? [thrilling music playing]
