scratchy part of your midrange of your voice.
-Thank you. Especially at the beginning
of the song, it was
kinda like a whisper.
-Thank you. -On the bigger notes, it turned
into more like a growl a bit. And there were moments
when I would want to dial the growl back just
a little bit, but it was minor. And I enjoyed
watching you perform. It was great.
-Thank you so much. -And then, Ryan, your tone's
a little smoothed out a bit, and I loved your interaction. I thought you sounded
great together. If I were to choose, I would lean a little bit
towards Ducote. I think his tone was a little

farther north. But you guys

Wow I thought Ryan did way better and can’t believe no one stole him.
I think Ryan was the better singer for this particular battle.
I hope someone gives Ryan a recording contract. I see him being a country artist.
I don't care for country music, but have a great ear for any music from directing musicals for years. I have to agree with Chance, Ryan's voice was hands down the best of this battle.
Ryans voice is flexible 😢. I love his voice
Ryan's voice really cuts through, and Ducote has a unique voice. Id have to say I prefer Ryan overall.
Ryan should have won the battle round! He deserves bigger than the competition. I hope any recording label will being him contracts.
Ryan just looks like he is already a country star.
It should be Ryan
Loved both voices. Ryan the better singer, big guy crazy texture.
Ryan 👈🤩👍 They chose the wrong person!
Dan + Shay are doing such a good job with these Battles arrangements. Ducote's voice has so many textures I am excited to see what he's gonna do each week. But for this performance, I do think Ryan held his own better and gave the better vocal performance.
Ryan won imo. He was one of the best on the show. So ridiculous.
I think Ducote has a such an interesting voice with all that rasp! However, Ryan’s choices were so pro here! His range is really incredible. He actually showed some really great vocal prowess here! I think Ryan is even better than he showed here. Imo, just based on who I want to hear sing again, it’s Ryan. I also think they both exuded a lot of passion, but Ryan’s voice is clear and cuts through!
Ducote starting with all that rusty husk 2 his vocal, Ryan came in cleaner, very intense. Their voices complementary. Exciting belt, in harmony. Ryan really goes in, rough & tumble. He can add in the rasp. Very intense duo.
Chance was right. Ryan helped Dacoute out. Ryan you were amazing and you won.
Ryan would have been my pick.
Ryan's voice is authentic.
I thought Ryan won this. Seriously. But congrats to Ducote.
They worry Ryan will win, so send him home first. Remember Ryan Gallagher and CoCo Lee?
