Elmo & Abby Are Fish in the Ocean! | Sesame Street Full Episode

Elmo wishes that his pet goldfish Dorothy can walk around the neighborhood like dogs can do. Abby Cadabby makes that wish come true by turning all of Sesame Street into an ocean!
