Hello, Earth Citizens. In this video, I will share with you a ten minute routine to do an energy shower. So just as you would take a shower to cleanse your physical body every single day, just living life, doing your thing, your body, your physical body gets dirty. Right? So at the end of the day, you take a shower to wash your physical body. But have you thought about taking a shower for your internal body? Because similarly, like your physical body, as we live our daily lives, as we meet peopl
e, as we process the world, as we just live every day, we receive so much information, so many emotions, so many thoughts that fill the inside of us up. But unless we're aware that this is happening, it's very easy for us to pile up those emotions, pile up those thoughts, pile up those energies, pile up all the stuff that comes into our body through our five senses without releasing it, without clearing it, without taking an internal shower. So today, in this video, I will share with you a rout
ine how to connect with energy first. And once you connect with energy, using energy to take an internal shower we call energy shower. So let's start with our feet flat on the floor. You can do this sitting in a chair. Or if you're comfortable, you can do a sitting on the floor, too. But please do not lie down. Sit. Whether it's a chair or on the floor. Sit with your spine straight. Palms facing upward, resting comfortably on your knees. First, take a deep breath in through your nose. Exhale ou
t through your mouth. Again, breathe in deeply as if you're deeply breathing in through all of your pores. And exhale out as if you are releasing all heavy energy out of your body. One more time. Breathe in. And let's let out a sigh. This time through your mouth. Now slowly lift your hands above your knees. Relax your fingers, relax your wrist. Focus on the middle of your palms. Bring your mind to the middle of your palms. And imagine two pillars of light. One pillar on your left hand. Another p
illar on your right hand. Two bright beams of golden light come down from the sky and touch the middle of your palms. Gently lift your palms up and down to connect with this feeling of energy coming down to your palms slowly and gently, carefully raise and lower your palms to amplify this energy sensation as if your palms are floating in water. Breathe naturally, activating the energy in your palms. Can you feel the energy in the middle of your palms? It might feel like a tingling sensation. It
might feel like a magnetic sensation. It might feel like your palms are surrounded by a fluffy cloud. You might feel some warmth or coldness. These are all energy senses. Feel what you feel in your palms. Concentrate more. The energy will get stronger. And now slowly stop. Keep connecting to the two pillars of light on your palms. And now bring your mind to the top of your head. Your seventh chakra at the highest point of your head. Focus your mind on the top of your head. And into the top of yo
ur head invite a bright pillar of light. A third pillar of light coming from the sky. And it touches the top of your head. From the top of your head it goes down, piercing through your brain into your forehead. From your forehead it trickles down the center line of your body to your throat. From your throat this golden pillar of energy comes down the center line again into your heart. And now from your heart to your third chakra in between your stomach and liver. From your third chakra down to y
our second chakra two inches below your navel. From your second chakra down to your first chakra in between your tailbone and your sexual organ. Feel the golden pillar of light that is now trickling down from the top of your head all the way down the center line of your body to your tailbone. Can you also still feel the two pillars of light on your palms? If you can, slowly nod your head. And now from here, we will start our energy shower. Focus on the three pillars of light that are coming dow
n into your body, into the three acupressure points. Middle of your left palm, top of your head, middle of your right palm. Now feeling this energy slowly raise your palms. And when they come over your head, bring your palms down and sweep down the center line of your body, as if by sweeping down you are flushing all heavy energy, heavy thoughts, heavy emotions down your body and visualize it all coming down down your legs and leaving your body through your toes. As if your toes are faucets tha
t are gushing out heavy energy, heavy thoughts from your body. Release it out through your toes. And again up. Keep connecting to the energy pillar in your palms. Bring your palms down and sweep down the center line of your body. As you sweep down all heavy energy, heavy thoughts, heavy emotions, old energy, old information is flushing down to your legs and leaves your body through your toe tips. We'll do this ten times. That was number two. Now this is number three. Palms up. Feel the energy in
your palms and sweep down. Feel the energy as you move your palms up and down. If you're sensitive to energy, you will feel tingling all over your body. You might see bright lights in front of you, even though your eyes are closed. Notice whatever you feel and see in your body. Number four. Can you feel energy leaving through your toe tips? Number five. Breathe in. And as you sweep down, exhale out. Number six. Inhale as your palms go up. Exhale as your palms go down. Flushing out all heavy en
ergy from inside of your cells out down your body through your toe tips. Number seven. Keep feeling the energy in your palms. Notice if the sensation of energy has gotten stronger in your palms, deeper in your palms. Number eight. Number nine. Your mind is becoming calmer. Your energy is becoming amplified and lighter, brighter, clearer. Last one. Number ten. And now slowly bring your palms stacked on top of each other on your lower belly below your belly button. Feel the breath under your pal
ms. If you’re very relaxed you will feel your abdomen rising and falling. Just breathe naturally for 30 seconds, grounding your energy into your core. Your second chakra. Feel the state of your brain. Notice if your brain feels calmer quieter but at the same time, your fingers and your body is tingling very vigorously with energy. Take a deep breath in through your nose. And one more time sigh out through your mouth. Ha! Last one. Breathe in. Sigh out through your mouth and imagine heavy energ
y coming down your legs out through your toes. Ha! Great job. Now keep your eyes closed. Rub your palms together. Make your palms hot. Are your palms hot? Bring your hot palms to your eyes. Cup your eyes. With your hands cupped over your eyes open your eyes, move your eyes side to side. Up and down. In a circle. Other way. And sweep. Sweep down your face, your hair, neck, chest, arms, down your legs. Whoo! Great job. Now feel your body. How do you feel? Do you feel even if it's a very small
sensation, do you feel your body is a little bit clearer? A little bit lighter, less heavy inside? If you can notice a small improvement, you did a great job. If you're very sensitive to energy, your eyes might feel more open and brighter too. Notice any changes you feel internally after this energy shower. Of course, like all things, the more you do it, the cleaner you will feel inside. So this is a very powerful way that I use if I feel like I'm under a lot of stress or I absorbed a lot of en
ergies that I don't want in my body, or I have a lot of energies that came out that I don't want. I use this technique here to flush, to clear, to cleanse my internal body, just as I would take a shower for my external body. You did a great job.
