The regular price is $9.99 a month. This add-on will let you watch more than 300 live games a year: MLB, NHL, NBA, NCAA March Madness and more.

Yes, will be adding this for March Madness and NBA playoffs on TNT (plus Inside The NBA which is the best sports talk on TV). Love getting the TBS baseball playoffs for free too. Now we just need standalone ESPN.
Hell, yes I’m resubscribing to MAX!
I just signed back up after my 1 year hiatus from what was HBO Max. After signing back up, I was able to get a discount of MAX for 4.99 a month for the next 4 months. I’m 100% keeping it because of sports until they start the add-on cost. By that point, I’ll have to reevaluate my options.
I'm definetely gonna give this a try! I've been using sling on and off to watch mlb playoffs, ncaa March madness and nba playoffs. This will be better. Kind of hope they have a live sports only option down the road cause my family typically just watches sports on tv.

I’ll have to try it out. With these type of deals you’ll pay thinking you can watch the 300 games but then 50% of them will be “blacked out” in your area. We will have to wait and see how it actually works

If i get Max thru Hulu will I be able to get the sports tier ?
I think this is great. What I am doing now is paying $40 a month for Sling orange to get ESPN and the Turner networks . Now this new sports tier with Max, I will be able to get the Turner networks for sports, and when ESPN becomes a standalone streaming service, I will be all set. It will be cheaper than what I am paying for Sling during the months that I am using Sling orange, which are during football season, and the NBA playoffs. I just have one question will the sports tier include everything that is broadcast on TBS and TNT or just the sports programs?

The most unfortunate thing is that the rights to normal MLB games are a little crazy. We will try out this service out since it’s free for a few months and see how it goes.
I have ATT elite, which comes with MAX; does anyone know if it will part of it for free or would I have to pay another fee?
