Families and children gear up for the 11th annual Mud Run at Seamark Ranch

well a lot of kids gave up a day of spring break vacation in Green Cove Springs to help prepare for a major event next month in Clay County this morning Children and Families gathered at the SE Mark Ranch to help clear out the area for next month's Mud Run seark Ranch is a working farm that offers opportunities to abuse abandoned and neglected children next month's run raises money for the ranch I spoke with the organizer at C Mark who says the Run keeps growing and last year about 1,200 people
participated mud run this will be our 11th annual mud run it is our biggest fundraiser and it's a 5k 28 obstacle um course that um goes all over our campus I mean it it we circumnavigate the C campus and every uh obstacle that um people go through involves mud of some kind and the mud run is April 13th and runs from about 8:00 in the morning and one you can still sign up to run or volunteer we put links under this article at newsjack dcom and Janice it's just a great cause because you're helping
out kids who have been stuck in the Foster system or adoptions that fell through or just abandoned children so really a great cause out there in clay that is really really awesome great to see that happening
