parade downtown we've got the race and all the festivities so we're trying to kind of ramp things up here postco yeah I mean it used to be one of the biggest weekends of the year in the Quad Cities and and we've definitely seen a Slowdown so we're trying to pick it back up and and have some fun for the whole family this year yeah I don't think that you're the only one who said that I mean the numerous times that we've you know like we mentioned the Ki um the race benefiting Ki um we've talked w
ith Laura cop um from Ki numerous times and she said she's noticed the exact same thing just when it comes to signups and things like that ever since Co like let's let's get people back downtown we're going to have the weather for it oh it's going to be so nice um so this is going to be a really fun day at armored Gardens uh and you guys are actually starting in the morning yeah so we're starting at 10:00 a.m. uh and we're going to have a breakfast buffet we've really tried to listen to a lot of
feedback so people are asking for corn beef and hash so we're going to have a corn beef and hash uh breakfast uh that'll be available our tickets are on sale at armored gardens.com with that you get a piter of green beer along with it uh to kick off your day so we can give you your first drink of the day okay this is what it's pour the beer for us oh yeah this is what it's going to look like green I mean that's greenest that is KY Green it is it looks good and I made this myself so if it turns

at entices you come on down so go get your green beer then get ready for the big parade downtown and then after the parade lots of family friendly festivities you got some bounce houses a lot of fun happening yeah so we've had a lot of people say you know there's you go to this great parade and there isn't a lot for kids afterward so we're we're renting a bounce house we have balloon animal artists um we have face painter um we also Irish dancers who are coming down after the parade to to do a l
ittle performance on our patio um and that time isn't firm yet it's whenever the parade gets done but that's the thing I'm most excited for and that's always a sight to see you're very talented yeah we're watching you get your face painted right now so this is a Mike Tyson face tattoo that I asked him to do for me oh we didn't get to see the finished product we love it no I think I was actually at this event where uh some of this video came from because you have like the balloon artist and the f
ace painter it really is you guys make it really easy for folks parents grandparents to to bring their kids down and still have a great day and that's the thing we're we're trying to create fun for young people families all sorts of people so um we're really looking forward to this weekend all right yeah um okay so let's talk a little bit more about armored Gardens itself uh because this is a real destination spot for a lot of people um talk a little bit about what you guys offer so uh we're a b
ar and restaurant we have uh the largest number of uh craft beer um pretty much between de Mo and Chicago we have 100 different beers on on draft and I think we have the Quad City's best patio um it's it's really kind of an isolated patio with ping pong tables it's really it really is a destination and and we we're really happy to be downtown it's a great atmosphere when it really is and as a parent which we all are I like the fact that it is an isolated patio because you don't really have to wo
rry too much about the ball going on in the middle of the street or them running off onto the sidewalk or something like that which I know sounds like such a minuscule thing but it is really nice to find a place like that where you can just hang out and have a good time yeah it's very family oriented familyfriendly it is and then we mentioned bummer City so uh we we would be remiss if we didn't talk a little bit about what bummer city is because that's kind of like the it's like an umbrella for
for really everything you guys have created more than just armored Gardens yeah so we have Devon's complaint department which is a little cocktail bar next door uh our big announcement is that this summer uh we'll be having late night food food cart uh really that's been a big ask uh for people around downtown so that's something that bringing uh we own analog arcade in in Downtown Davenport um and we're at in karaoke on Thursday nights starting in April that's always fun and then we're opening
up a new spot next to analog Pizza in Molen uh it's going to be if you like devans you're going to love this place so we're going to bring craft cocktails down downtown Molen oh sweet congratulations I'm excited about that's all very exciting sounds like a lot of fun and a lot of fun to be had this weekend of course lots of activities for say patties day the same patties Saturday weekend at armored Gardens in Downtown Davenport oh excuse me uh there's an Irish Breakfast from 10:00 to noon so kic
