Why Shhheila is my favorite: a combination of high quality triggers and RP style whispering. I’ve noticed that for me triggers and relaxation are amplified when combined with whispering. But the best results are when the whispers have some sort of “directional theme” like in RP style vids. Shhheila seems to always produce the perfect combination. Literally gets rid of my insomnia.
