really easy for everyone to add ideas later let's get started first we'll click inside the sticky and type to clearly State the problem we're ultimately trying to solve now we reverse that problem so instead of increase employee retention we might say decrease employee retention or how to get people to quit their jobs now let's generate ideas to make that problem worse this is where the team can collaborate set a timer then have everyone click and drag stickies from this pack to add their ideas
