all right we'll watch it we're also watching the rain off across the West Coast this is video coming in from Friday from delori County California look at that that is just the land giving way this is going to be a scene that we're probably going to see often throughout the day today and maybe even in Tuesday and Wednesday even after the rain has stopped this is a scary scene because the ground is saturated California as you know if you've never been there lots of coastal mountains lots of the Si
erra mountains lots of mountains to the north lots of mountains to the South all of those south facing slopes are going to get in on a lot of rain and this is a concern we want you to listen to this forecast closely it's a similar setup to what we had with the last ATB River not as much moisture but the ground is saturated and that's where the impacts will happen area of low pressure parent low off the coast is going to stream a whole lot of moisture in from just south of Hawaii and that is goin
g to give us a flooding concerns for Point conception into the LA Basin Heavy Rain spreads across the central coast and down to the South with that we're talking about tomorrow the parent low you got some strong winds coming through and then you got a southwesterly flow because of all of the mountains you can easily get some Spin and that can create some tornadoes possibly this is going to be for the Sacramento Valley down through Stockton Modesto maybe as far as Chowchilla in through the Northe
rn end of the sanwen valley please be ready for this and this would be tomorrow afternoon once the sun goes down we lose some of the heating and that brings the threat down Kendall 25 million Americans underf flood watches all in California from Northern California through the Central Valley down into now San Diego County in through a Riverside County in San Bernardino County this is a concern this is a level three Kindle for Flash blood threat from say just south of Monterey Bay down into Point
conception and into Santa Barbara for today yeah so the storm preparations need to be taking place because unfortunately Craig like You' mentioned this part of kind of the the state just can't seem to catch a break I mean we're talking about extremely water logged and this fire hose of moisture just continues to be directed right at the West Coast and so we were kind of talking before the show began about why this isn't necessarily considered a Pineapple Express it's strictly an atmospheric Riv
er Event but regardless of the name we know that the impacts are still going to be extreme and that's going to come in the form of the threat of flooding landslides mudslides you name it debris flows just because of how saturated the ground is Craig that's going to mean that we could see uh even more instances of these kind of tragic events compared to even what we were dealing with earlier in the month absolutely and you worry about the people driving it's a good time to stay home timing on on
this is everything you look at Monday afternoon Here Comes The Heavy Rain strong winds coming off the South and through the Bay Area into Central California you're going to have some of those strong winds again now look what happens in here the moisture is being fed up into places like La Basin through Santa Barbara and then on Tuesday you've got another round that comes through there goes to the front and that's going to bring another round of moisture with it the chance for some of those thund
erstorms cold as well even through San Francisco may be dealing with some small ha and Kendall the Sierra they're going to get slammed yeah with a lot of snow I mean we're talking about one to as much as maybe three feet of snow especially in the higher elevations yes snow levels are high for this particular event but you're exactly right slam with snow that's going to mean that travel will be extremely difficult if not impossible at times Craig yeah look at all the high wind watches and warning
s in place they're going to be gusting pretty strong that could bring trees down that could also help the the soil loosen up a little bit more and so be ready for power outages and be ready for some of these trees old oak trees and eucalyptus trees those eucalyptus trees don't have a good root system so those come down quickly this is a fair warning and let's just make sure that we're on guard like we were last time you've been through this California just be ready for it again great advice ther

The situation with increasing natural disasters is now catastrophic. In case of inaction in 5-7 years there will be nobody left on the planet. But many people don't see the whole picture of events and don't know about the real reason of what is happening (cyclic external cosmic influence). For humankind to survive, it's necessary to create a public demand for solving the problem with calamities.

@freedomforever6718

Southern California gets water. After decades of complaining about not enough water they should be happy. This summer the wildfire season will short and there will be plenty of water to fight fires.

@ronaldgeorge7110

At least the flooding will wash the feces off the sidewalks

@lovinglife6080

Oh my gosh prayers for everyone everywhere

@bbak22

Ain't no rest for the wicked.

@franklinj1038

Fascinating these atmo rampaging catastrophic gargantuan and more storms

@ForeverChanged7

3:54 I have lived in California for decades and rarely saw this kind of extreme Pineapple express, atmospheric rivers happening and the ground sooo saturated with water. In 1979, a 30 year drought came to a hault and Laguna Beach was flooded. We had a water spout that dumped corvina or bonita, maybe both in our yard. We went to the Ortega's with friends and had a snowball fight. Lol. There was snow at Brooks St. Beach. but after that. I remember PCH at Aliso Creek and what used to be Ben Brown's golf club and Hotel sat in a canyon and my friends house halfway slid off into the canyon. Further down PCH through Dana Point there were landslides right where those muti million homes are endangered as we speak.😢 All the way on PCH the road was closed because Landslides had spilled out onto PCH and the railroad tracks so you had to take an alternate route. We just can't get a break. Sooo much loss of property, possessions and even loss of life. Very destructive conditions with roads breaking down. Just back to back. Either we are on fire or it's saturated to the😮😮 point of being totally consumed. Preparing for the worst, praying for the best.

@julienrockingham-ip4co

Yall have the money to fix all that

@chart461

We should be kind enough to keep people in our prayers, but we instead turned into a nation of bullies and trolls. We like to hide behind a keyboard, thinking that makes us a bigger person than the other. But God truly knows who we are, and we answer for that. Kindness goes along way. In the end, God judges all of us.

@morganoverbay8783

In the mid eighties pretty much the whole san Joaquin valley was under water for weeks

@pattilemonhouse7911

Dont build on or near unstable ground. Do not build in drainage channels or basins.

@ricktaylor8056

Forget the EV's Cali. get them arch's built quickly!

@stephaniecannon410

It came to pass and yet unfolded elsewhere 👀 😢

@RF-ec5bd

Every time they discuss a 2 state solution for Israel, this happens. Great for Utah's snow pack. Praise the Lord Jesus!

@user-vp6bq9yk3g

Yeap, be careful what you ask for!

@POETCERA

The term “atmospheric river” was coined in 1994. Similarly, the AR-15 was termed, “assault” rifle, even though the AR stands for Armalite Rifle. Another example of verbal, fear mongering, judo?

@DIGITAL7Media

I was at the beach the other day with my kid and wife....and we were looking at one of the most intense sunsets I have seen in a long time. I know many people hate the politicians and way of live in California but....there's just something about the beach and staring at the vastness of the deep ocean that makes my soul happy and i would rather live no where else than in OC. It's expensive, but it's worth it. It's sad reading about the hate that people have towards Ca, like they are rooting for the weather to wash the entire state away. Its also sad how people hate hate an entire state just because they dont like the humans that live there. Every state has it's vast ranges of weather. Every state has beautiful cities and towns and terrible cities and towns. It's a big piece of land and I feel proud to live in America and in California. Every state should be appreciated.....all except New Jersey. That place is a sh*thole. HA!

@judithhenderson426

Setting the state up for a catastrophic earthquake next.

@gonehome2

The massive land creature is coming back alive again!!! Go Scorpzilla!!!!
