This dish probably sounds like it's too much It's like runny egg yolk- Handmade, fresh, doughy Noodles Stir-fried ground pork But to me, the thing that balances this out- Are the Ikan Bilis They're crunchy They're salty- A little bit of fishy brininess It really balances the heavy components of this dish!
