right now well crews are working to try to reach people who are trapped on blocked roads and in some cases in tunnels this afternoon transport officials said that some major highways are impassible because of debris and Fallen Rock taiwan's Fire Department has said that several buildings in hen have partially collapsed and landslides along that eastern coast have rendered the one major highway there unusable and it's why they're warning people to stay put and to not travel especially in the moun
