-And I saw you at one point. You were talking
to the president saying, "You actually don't need
all this Secret Service," and you said, "I can teach you
some self-defense stuff." -Yeah.
So self-defense is pretty -- L
ike, it's pretty basic.
It's pretty easy. -Yeah.
-And basically what you have to do
is just roll into your shoulders a little bit. And as long as you do
some of this...constantly -- like, if you stay
in this motion, you're always going to elude
whatever's coming your way. -That's so funny,
'cause I got to be honest, watching you
with the naked eye, it looks like
you're moving real slow and it would be easy
to grab you. -It would be double speed,
first of all. You just sort of, like,
quickly... i
f you do this.
[ Laughter ] And I know it looks silly,
but when it comes to safety, it kind of comes in handy.
-Gotcha. So if somebody in New York City
saw you walking down the street, would you likely be
walking like that? -Most likely.
-Yeah. -Yes. Yes.
-That's great. And then based on it, like, if you have a coffee,
do you have to worry about spilling it
when you walk like that? -You do have to worry
about that. That's --
It comes up quite a lot. And in the classes that I do,
that definitely
comes up. And what I say is... You know? -Give it up for Fred Armisen,
