after having been employed for only 6 months she's been booked into the Richland County jail and a developing story this morning news9 has received a lawsuit filed against Richland County by a former inmate of the Richland County Jail the lawsuit alleges the county was negligent in preventing assaults that occurred in the jail former inmate Ralph Gunter cites multiple incidents where he says he was assaulted by other inmates causing severe injuries the alleged assaults took place in August and S
