GAMING TIPS * HUNTING SHORTBOW * BALDUR'S GATE 3

#baldursgate3 #baldursgate3pc #baldursgate3clip The next item that I wanted to highlight is the Hunting Shortbow. On the surface, it doesn't look all that effective. It comes with 6 to 11 piercing damage. It's not a bad shortbow. The thing to note is one, you get Feller of Monsters. You have advantage against monstrosity type enemies. It also has weapon enchantment plus one, but the really special thing is Hunter's Mark. The level one divination spell. Hunter's Mark provides an additional 1d6 piercing. With Hunter's Mark, you can mark a creature as your quarry to deal an additional 1 to 6 piercing damage whenever you hit it with a weapon attack. If the target dies before the spell ends, you can mark another adversary without expending a spell slot. It works once per a long rest. And this is one of those items that, despite its lower end damage, will always come in handy throughout Act 1, 2, and 3. Hunter's Mark is, is really beneficial in, in fighting. Cannot recommend it enough. Who you get that from is Dammon inside of Emerald Grove as shown here on the map. He is - he's a merchant and he is much more than a merchant. Dammon will help you with Karlach. He will show up in Act 2 at the Last Light Inn and he also appears in Act 3. Make sure you grab the hunting bow early on.
