Georgia lawmakers honor UGA students who saved three people after car crashes into pond

[Applause] well new at four o'clock a big honor for five ug students today the Georgia legislature recognized them after rescuing members of a family whose car overturned in a creek earlier this month the Burke County Sheriff's Office says that they jumped into action after they saw an SUV leave the road roll over into a creek those students turned around without hesitation they jumped into that water they rescued a mom and two children and reportedly performed CPR on one of the children
