t was trailing by double digits against stimu in the opener to hunting Gophers in the Big 10 or a rally against the Bearcats that start started one week ago tonight this team is focused ready to accomplish their goal of bringing the title back to zero they are also jacked to play in front of plenty of home fans here at hle here is head coach Josh schz excited to to be playing in April uh what a what a great opportunity and certainly uh even uh you know added to to the opportunity to play here in
in hle Fieldhouse one of the you know iconic venues in in all the sports not just college basketball but uh this is a you know one of the true Cathedrals uh uh you know in our in our game and so um been a group all year that's uh really been connected and together um you know it's uh these guys obviously having uh you know Robbie and and Ryan uh and their teammates it's it's just been a a really connected tough group they love playing uh together and I think this time of year that's that's real
ly what matters um is is you know if do you really want to continue going because it's been a long season and uh but to get the opportunity here to play final four in April uh in in this venue doesn't get much better so we're excited for the competition know it's going to be uh incredibly challenging but this has been a uh uh you know a great tournament so far and looking forward to uh the opportunity to compete against a great Utah team Utah head coach Craig Smith certainly no stranger to big g
ames as well he knows the sers are not only the favorites on paper but the Darlings of this tournament here is Smith on what makes Indiana State such a tough opponent have it all I mean their five right can really really shoot it Elite passer um their Forman is an amazing cutter uh shoots the ball at a high level they all shoot the ball at the high level and they're you know their guards are very Dynamic they're all three level scores every one of them they make good decisions they can put it on
the floor they get to the rim they get fouled uh they all have good pull-up games although they don't shoot a lot of Pull-Up Jays obviously I think they're very analytically driven but I believe they're the highest net highest ranked team according to the net that has not made the NCA tournament that says something we'll have it covered on the sycamores and UT tonight 11 on wtwo ISU basketball not the only syamore sport in the spotlight today ISU football team hitting the field for their first
