Sounds like what the sound that a diver makes when the air bubbles come up.
That sounds like water burning off and fine dust left from the water evaporating, breaking off, and more of it sizzling out and turning to sand and flaking off and the whistle sound is the water vapor leaving cracks inside the moving object
