welcome to an ordinary day in my life watch  this Vlog until the end if you don't believe a healthy lifestyle can be easy by sharing my  unpretentious healthy lifestyle I'm not going to convince you but inspire you to live your best  life good morning and welcome to the Vlog and yes the balloons is still there my Valentine's  Day balloon if you didn't watch that Vlog I recommend it's pretty good anyways today is  Friday Friday I'm so excited I don't know why for me it's just a regular day but an
yways so  the day started pretty normal I went to the gym early in the morning I came back I recorded the  yoga flow for this Sunday the reset yoga flow it's a yoga flow when we how can I say we relax  and we set our minds and our bodies as well for the next week so I really recommend not only  because I did kind of anyways so it's Friday and you know what happens on Fridays on Fridays  we have our movie nights and I like to show you a different healthy snack recipe and that's what  I am going t
o do today although I didn't think about anything so I don't know what I I'm going  to do but anyways this is real life guys this is real life I am leaving while I'm shooting  everything happens at the same time so let's see what happens that's the the plan if I can call  it a plan but first I have to get my coffee let's go after starting my day with Brewing my coffee  I dive right into editing the yoga flow video this process not only helps  me to connect with my practice on a deeper level but
also sets the tone  for a day filled with productivity and mindfulness then I ensure my living space reflects the clarity and Harmony I  strive for in my daily life Tiding up is not just about cleanliness  it's a form of self-care creating an environment that supports my well-being and  productivity a neat home is a foundation for a focused and Serene mind especially  important on a day filled with tasks and creativity transitioning to the kitchen I start the  process of making the bread I caref
ully measure and add the ingredients into the  bread machine letting it take over the task of mixing and baking this allows  me to continue with my days schedule knowing I'll have a freshly baked bread  by the end of it it's a simple pleasure that brings warmth and comfort to my  home adding a homemade touch to our meals choosing green tea with Jasmine as my tea of the day is a deliberate  decision to enhance my focus and vitality the suiting Aroma and health  benefits of green tea combined with
the delicate fragrance of Jasmine create a  perfect backdrop for continued video editing among my daily tasks I dedicate time to  study continuous learning is a crucial aspect of my role as a health coach it's  a commitment to my profession and to those I guide towards healthier Lifestyles  emphasizing the value of lifelong learning so it's that time of the week when we prepare  our our our healthy snacks because it's movie night it's s it's no not Saturday it's Friday so  the recipe I'm going
to share with you today is a simple one you can be inspired by by what I'm  going to prepare and make your own version I am going to use my homemade bread you know I love  my bread but you actually don't need to to to bake a bread to to follow along with this recipe  I would say quote unquote recipe because actually it's very simple I'm going to get the bread and  I'm going to prepare how can I say finger food no it's not a finger food like I'm going to prepare  small Tarts small Tarts small how
can I call it I don't know well there are two ways you can do it  you can simply toast bread that you have at home of course whole wheed bread is the best option  but you can get the bread you have at home and you can toast it you can actually cut it in strips  or cut it in small squares and you can prepare the the creams I'm going to prepare and you can serve  the same creams I'm going to make today as dips so that's an option you can toast you can make  like little toast with with any bread y
ou have whole wheat bread is better and serve the creams  I'm going to make as deeps but what I'm going to do is a little different and it's a good option  if you want something I would say fancier but if you want something that is more wellth or well  presented if you have friends or family coming to your home you can serve as it as if they were  canapes canapes is a good word for that I'm not going to toast the bread because it's fresh so  it's perfect did I tell you I love my bread but if the
bread you have is not that that fresh you  can toast it and make little toast I'm going to cut in in squares and and I'm going to prepare a  few creams I would say or fillings or toppings I don't know and I'm going to spr spread over the  bread to serve it actually you are going to see what I'm going to make I always like to explain my  my decisions so for tonight I'm going to prepare two types of creams one is with avocado so it's  almost like a guacamole but I'm going to add some protein I al
ready show showed this trick  here in the past I usually add some protein to the guacamole because avocado is fat it's a good  fat though we we actually need the fat from the avocado is an essential fat but it's still fat  and I like to always have plenty of of protein in every meal I prepare so what I do I add a can  of tuna to the avocado when I'm mixing when I'm doing the the guacamole and this way I I create  a paste that's not only rich in healthy fat but also in protein and good protein ac
tually the  tuna adds more fat because it's a faty cheese it's not a cheese it's a faty fish but anyways  it's it's a good fat the only thing you have to have in mind is that fat adds more calories  than carbs and protein so if you are trying to cut calories maybe this specific specific cream  or deep or whatever it is is not a good option for you but the second one what I'm going to  do I'm going to mix cage cheese cage cheese is is so versatile because sometimes when I when I  want a quick sna
ck I just spread it on the bread and it's so good but anyways I like to make dips  with the cage cheese as well so I'm going to mix it with macarro you can use sardine as well you  can use tuna for that that sometimes I mix it with parsley sometimes I mix it with cucumber  so the sky is the limit right as I as I like to say I do these Vlogs I show my my preparation  not because I want you to copy everything or not because I want you to assume that you have to do  exactly what I'm doing but I wan
t to inspire you to find your own way to find your own own options  your because you know we are all different people we have different options we have different tastes  and of course we have different things in our fridge that we want to use and that's why I like  to explain my decision so you can use the same thinking process to decide your own choices and  without further Ado let's start our Friday move night I began with a shallot that i cho it finally  to Mellow its sharpness I soaked the c
hopped shallot in hot water a simple trick to reduce  bitterness and enhance its sweetness I think I'm going to have to change the plan well  I have two more let's see first one looks promising I see I see some green okay I can  use it let's see the second one yeah I can use it I measured the avocados into a creamy consistency to this I added DED Tomatoes  a Sprinkle of salt for seasoning and and a dash of hot sauce for a gentle CI  that brought the guacamole base to life for an extra boost of 
protein I mixed in some tuna elevating the guacamole into a hearty nutritious spread for the other spread  I combined cottage cheese with mackerel creating a creamy Savory mixture a touch of mixed Peppers added de and a hint of spice with the bread now ready and  cool it I cut it into squares creating the perfect base for my toppings I  spread the avocado tuna guacamole on half of the squares and the cottage  cheese mackerel mix on the other half garnish it with Haled grape  tomatoes and a Sprin
kle of fresh parsley adding bursts  of color and freshness to each bite this meal simple Yet full of flavor  and nutrition and is the principles I live by balance health and the joy of  creating some beautiful from simple ingredients thank you for spending this day  with me for joining me in these moments of wellness and reflection I hope this glimpse  into my routine inspires you to find joy in the simple acts of cooking caring for your space  and nurturing your body and soul remember every day
