e to fit against here quite well so I had to grind that all off so we get a tight [Music] fit n just a test fit to see how everything fits in instead of just shoving it in it's nice to get things to fit he now this is a big wrench [Music] going to just do a test fit of the cover and leave it on uh just with this one bolt for right now took out the Ultima ignition and put in a Daytona twin Tech we hear it's the best on the market right now surprisingly it was in one of the other two bikes that we
were pulling parts from in the beginning of the build I took my throttle cable bracket off of the old one and I'm putting it on the new one because it is too clunky and I'm going to have to cut it off anyways because I'm running one and it won't fit into the space that we have [Music] n [Music] do youall see my bolts loss and tough [Music] [Music] [Music] Torx [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] h [Music] are you ready to get fired [Music] up today we got the bike turned over that was cool thanks f

Love the old 4 speed evo sportsters. I built one with 1986 cases, 1990 bottom end & heads, and with 2002 cylinders & pistons. Good running motor.

You have to show us your bike after you got finished. Excited to see it :-) I built a bike last year, but I wasn’t fortunate to find a Harley Davidson. I found an old Yamaha V star, but it was still fun putting it back together take care.

Maybe I missed it but you're working with an Evo right? Why would you use solid bolts rather than breather bolts? Too much head pressure is a no go love. Correct me if I'm wrong
